A Cunning Pervert in the Cultivation World

Chapter 173: Major Sects (3)

Chapter 173: Chapter 173: Major Sects (3)

“…So these are the Righteous Major Sects,” he murmured.

Li Feng couldn’t help but feel a little moved, seeing the awe-inspiring scene spread before him.

Once again, he was reminded that he, too, was now a cultivator—walking the path to immortality.

’…Maybe seeking both immortality… and immortal women.’ he grinned, as if reaffirming his own unconventional path.

Wang Chen, unaware of Li Feng’s unusual interpretation of pursuing the Dao, merely smiled.

“And of course, there’s our Senior Sister Liu Yanyue, but I don’t need to introduce her,”

Then he said with a hint of regret.

“It’s a pity, only four major sects came. Otherwise, we could have witnessed all five together.”

Hearing his words, Li Feng suddenly remembered that there was still one major sect missing.

Just as he was about to ask for more details, the elders above began moving and doing something.

Suddenly,

A turbulent space energy appeared, and soon a portal formed in front of the disciples of each sect.

Elder Mo, along with Elder Yu and his master, Elder Qing, slowly descended and stood next to the portal.

“I’m sure you already know this, but the time flow inside is faster than in the real world,”

Elder Mo announced.

“Once you step through the portal, you will be randomly teleported. And when the Secret Realm is ready to close, it will create a portal for the exit. Make sure you get there in time before it shuts… otherwise…”

He grinned at the gathered disciples.

“…we’ll see you again in a few hundred years….of course, if you still manage to survive until then.”

Some disciples gulped nervously at his words.

Then Elder Yu’s soft voice echoed, soothing the tension

“Don’t be too nervous. The portal will remain open for quite a long time, so you’ll have plenty of time to return.”

She smiled gently and look at crowd of disciples,

“Take every opportunity you can find inside….treasure, spiritual herbs, or even legacies left by ancient cultivators. All of it is yours to grasp.”

Her expression then turned serious as she surveyed the disciples.

“But make sure not to kill fellow disciples from other sects. After all, we are an alliance of Righteous Sects. At most, you can…beat up or force another to surrender, as they will do the same to you.”

The crowd laughed quietly at this, reassured that they could spar without real danger.

Slowly, nervousness faded, replaced by competitive excitement and fighting spirit.

After all, every disciple here was a genius who refused to retreat or lose face.

And now they finally had a chance to prove themselves with the other sects.

Seeing the spirited crowd, Elder Yu smiled warmly and offered one last reminder.

“And above all, stay cautious and alive. There are real dangers in there—demonic beasts, ancient relics, and strange formations. Don’t touch anything that looks dangerous without thinking.”

With that, she stepped aside, signaling the disciples forward.

“Now then, who will take the first step?”

Liu Yanyue, who had been silently listening, calmly stepped forward and entered the portal, followed by her junior sister, Shen Jia.

Soon, the other disciples eagerly followed, excitement shining in their eyes.

When Yue Lan stepped in, Li Feng prepared to follow.

Just then, a soft, charming voice echoed in his mind.

’My disciple, make sure you are safe and come back !’

Li Feng smiled at the words from his new master

He turned to look at her, only to see her clenching her fists as if trying to encourage him.

Seeing such an adorable master, Li Feng couldn’t help but smile.

He nodded respectfully, then finally stepped into the Hidden Phoenix Realm.

Somewhere in the forests,

A portal similar to the one Li Feng had entered appeared, surrounded by a group of male and female demonic disciples.

Yao Xin, the candidate Holy Daughter of the Devil Yin Sect, stood next to Yan Moxuan with a dumbfounded expression as she look at the portal suddenly appeared in front of them.

“Wow, Brother Yan… it really appeared here. How did you know?” she turn to her side and asked curiously.

She had always been curious about how Yan Moxuan would enter the secret realm.

After all, the only known way was through the main portal controlled by the righteous sects.

Yet today, Yan Moxuan had led them to wait in a random spot deep within the forest and then, right before their eyes, a portal truly appeared.

Yan Moxuan didn’t answer.

He simply ordered all the disciples to enter the portal and gave one last reminder about their objective.

Ye Mo, practically trembling with excitement at the thought of tasting the righteous sect disciples, led his Fire Yang disciples through first, followed by the other female disciples of the Devil Yin Sect.

Soon, only Yan Moxuan and Yao Xin remained.

Yan Moxuan frowned and looked at Yao Xin

“What are you waiting for? Go,” he said coldly.

Yao Xin didn’t move.

She crossed her arms, standing her ground.

“Hehe~ tell me first how you knew about this, then I’ll go,” she teased.

Without a word, Yan Moxuan silently appeared beside her and kicked her into the portal.

“Ahh—”

Before her shout finished, it disappeared.

Yan Moxuan then took out a pill and swallowed it.

Slowly, his aura weakened until he stabilized at the peak of the 9th stage of Qi Refinement.

Feeling the discomfort of his weakened state, he let out a small breath and frowned but for the greater good of his future, he had to bear with it.

He then stepped into the portal.

“Just wait for me… junior sister,” he murmured, a hint of excitement on his face.

In another area, a small portal suddenly appeared in front of a cloak figure who currently picking up a spiritual herbs.

A rough, middle-aged man in a simple cloak stared at the portal, dumbfounded.

Then his face lit up with excitement.

“Wow… is this finally my chance?”

His heart thumped with anticipation.

As a wandering cultivator, he was weak and had survived mostly by gathering small spiritual herbs inside the forests.

He had always heard about others finding opportunities in the wilds, but he had thought it was nothing more than bragging, as he had never encountered such a thing himself.

At most, what he encountered were more dangers, just more demonic beasts or bandits.

Now, he had finally found his first real opportunity.

“Haha ! Heaven truly favors me ! Hmph… just wait, Widow Han. Once I come back stronger, I’ll make sure you bear ten kids for me !”

His face grew red with excitement at the thought that, once he grew stronger, he would finally be able to push that voluptuous widow beneath him.

Just as he was about to step into the portal, a hand landed on his shoulder.

And a female voice rang out from behind.

“Ah, please wait, fellow Daoist.”

The man froze as a beautiful, yet heroic, female voice had appeared out of nowhere behind him.

He slowly turned to look and saw a woman cloaked like himself.

But by her presence alone, he could tell she must be young and beautiful….but his life as a wandering cultivator had taught him never to underestimate anyone.

Especially if that person is….

A small kid with expensive rings, plus two maids following him.

An old, skinny man with a white beard

A guy whose engagement just broke.

A beautiful young woman.

’…and especially one who can silently appeared behind me.’

He gulped nervously, rubbed his hands together, and stammered,

“Hehe… does Senior need anything from me ?” His voice was full of flattery.

The cloaked young woman blinked slightly when she heard this middle-aged man call her Senior, but she simply smiled.

“It’s nothing much… I just want to hitch a ride with you into that portal.”

Meanwhile, inside the Hidden Phoenix Realm—

A vast forest stretched endlessly across the land.

Ancient trees towered into the sky , their thick trunks covered in moss and old scars left by time.

The air was dense with spiritual energy , heavy enough to make one’s skin prickle , while distant beast roars echoed faintly from unknown depths.

Between the trees, broken stone paths and collapsed ruins hinted that this land had once been walked by cultivators long forgotten.

And high above the sky—

High above the heavens hung ….an inverted tower, chained from the sky and suspended as if defying the laws of creation.

The structure seemed impossibly huge, yet weightless as if it were not bound by ordinary chains, …..but by something that stood as a silent testament to power beyond comprehension.

Fierce winds and dark clouds rumbled on one side, while the other side remained clear and sunny.

Screeeek!

Screeeek!

Suddenly, as if something ancient had awakened, the chains coiling around the inverted tower trembled violently as unknown runes began to glow along their surface.

From within the tower came a deep ancient voice… neither male nor female, yet somehow both, echoing across the empty sky like an immortal and a devil declaring their intent.

“Finally… you have arrived…”

Then, the sound suddenly twisted and deepened as it split into two—

“…my Scion.”

…my Vessel.”
