Chapter 3890 - Come With Me

Maplegod Mound was the largest city in Maplegod, shining bright like a brilliant pearl and situated at the north pole of the orbiter world. Maplegod itself was a world that was primarily yellow in color and covered in maple trees unique to fortuna-class worlds, which could grow up to a hundred thousand meters in height and sported huge leaves. As Maplegod Mound was the most important city in the world with the most visitors, anyone headed inside would need to obtain a travel pass from the lords of nearby cities.

"Even though Maplegod is small, it has a larger population than Saturatia-49's!" In fact, all of Saturatia-49's orbiter worlds had populations larger than the main world's own. That was why, no matter how well developed the orbiters seemed, disciples were still highly motivated to cultivate to be allowed to go to the main world. If one couldn't become a cosmic god, one couldn't even return to one's own clan, no matter how high one's status was! They would be forever considered inferior. It also ensured that the elites in maniverse- and imperial-class worlds maintained competence and ambition.

"Maniverse- and imperial-class worlds really don't have that many people...." Living there was sure to be an experience worth envying, considering the amount of space and resources one had access to.

As Saturatia-49 was a world ruled by wonderians, Tianming definitely couldn't go there. But the same couldn't be said for its orbiter. His sixty-meter form was seated in an inn in Maplegod Mound, not looking out of place at all. As the Upper Star Ruin had people of vastly different sizes, inns and other establishments had furniture and buildings that suited people of all sizes.

"Yin Chen," Tianming said after taking a sip of a special local wine brew, "Is anybody here talking about the Midsky Tristars? Will anyone recognize me?"

"Not one!" Yin Chen instantly said.

"Really? Not a single one?"

"For real... not one!"

Bai Ye rolled its eyes and mocked, "Why would the cityfolk bother to bring you up over the deaths of a few village chiefs far away? All they care about is the treasures they can find in the Ancient Flameyellow Ruins!"

"Then that's perfect. It'd be easier for us to make a move," Tianming said.

"Big Brother," Qingyu said in a worried voice, "the flameyellow descendants in Maplegod don't seem to be living good lives. Do we help them?"

"Not for now. Based on my experience at the Midsky Tristars, I can tell that I'm still not powerful enough. The flameyellow descendants here are also weak. If I try to stand up for some of them, the enemy will simply find others to vent on. We must take a step back and keep an eye out. Once I'm able to build enough momentum again, we'll solve this problem at the root," he said.

"Far too many things like this are happening across the entire Upper Star Ruin..." Moran said worriedly. Yet, the closer Tianming brought himself to the flameyellow descendants, the more trouble he would bring them. Fortunately, what happened at the Midsky Tristars hadn't spread too far out, coupled with how the Ancient Flameyellow Ruins dominated all manner of conversation nowadays.

"He's here!" Bai Ye said as it looked out of the window.

Tianming immediately saw their target. A youth clad in yellow robes walked past with a large group of followers. Qin Feng, the crown prince of Maplegod, was greeted respectfully by everyone he passed. They made sure to take a step back and make way.

"He sure walks with a swagger," Tianming said.

"Not surprising. I would walk with more swagger than he does if I were him," Ying Huo said.

Tianming laughed and got up with Qingyu and Moran, going downstairs together and blending in with the pedestrians on the streets of the bustling city. Then, they stopped in front of Qin Feng on one of those streets.

"Young Master Qin," Tianming said, raising a brow at the sight of the youth, a stunning aura emanating from him.

Qin Feng had been hurrying to talk about his next business deal, so being stopped naturally ticked him the wrong way. Though when he noticed Tianming's aura, he furrowed his brows. "Who are you? What race are you? Where have you come from?"

"This humble one is Lin Feng," Tianming said, saluting with both hands. "There's a matter that I need to discuss with Young Master Qin in private. Would that be alright?"

"Not planning to announce your origins, huh? Something must be wrong! How dare you mess around?!" Qin Feng smirked and waved to his goons. "Tear off his head."

"Yes!" A few peak-level overflowers suddenly surrounded them.

Tianming smiled and said, "A month and three days ago, Ebonpeace City, Twilight Manor, won--"

"Stop!" Qin Feng's expression suddenly changed as he got his goons to halt, before glaring angrily at Tianming. He came closer and glared at him. "What do you know?"

"Everything!" Tianming merely smiled. Qin Feng had secretly killed a pair of wonderians in Ebonpeace City, but before he killed them, he made sure to violate the woman while the man watched. Wonderians were absolute in Saturatia-49 and its orbiter worlds. Even those whose parents weren't cosmic gods were heavily protected. Qin Feng even had a wonderian as his master. If his actions were revealed, then he and his father would both be killed! Yin Chen had managed to eavesdrop on the matter from Qin Feng's own mouth when he was opening up to his mother about it.

"Young Master Qin, if you dare to touch me here, word of your deeds will spread all across Maplegod within a quarter hour. I'm sure you don't want your parents to die with you over your misdeeds, right?" Tianming whispered in his ear.

"What... what do you want?" Qin Feng's vein popped with anger as he glared furiously at Tianming.

"Nothing much. Just come with me for a moment." Tianming patted him on the arm and smiled. "Relax, Young Master Qin. I don't want your life... I only want you to make this worth my time. As long as you are generous, I'll take this secret to my grave."

Qin Feng gripped his fists in anger.

"You are Qin Feng, while I'm called Lin Feng. It must be fate for us to meet," Tianming said, looking straight into his eyes.

"Fine!" Qin Feng waved his men away and said, "Where do you want me to go? Lead the way!"

"Very well." Tianming brought him out of the city. Along the way, many saw them, and some of them made a report to Qin Feng's cosmic god father too, though Tianming wasn't the least bit worried. All he needed was a quiet place to let it all out!

Soon, they reached the outskirts of the city. Qin Feng, seeing that Tianming was only accompanied by third-level and first-level overflowers, felt rather relieved.
