“Alright, thanks Morpheus! Let’s cook this unprecedented gift from this forest then, hehe…” Elayne giggled, walking back to the barbeque and placing the meat on the grill, where Gordon seasoned it for her.

“What do you think? Is it good for cooking or eating?” Elayne wondered, as the three-headed dragon spirit started cooking the meat, and he even cut it into chunks and added it to a stew he was preparing with the lion’s meat.

“Yes, it does seem very unique!”

“It has an interesting taste, slightly sweet but also savory.”

“Spicy too, with hints of wine… How amusing! Food from this Realm doesn’t stop impressing us!”

“Well, I can’t wait to try it then!” Elayne nodded with a smile, walking to the table to prepare the last things, she even brought out a bottle of wine to drink with her friends. “Here, I brought this! Let’s celebrate our victory against the Black Hand and Nakuna earlier a bit better now.”

“Yaaay! You’re finally getting better at this, Elayne!” Rita celebrated. “Now this is what I’m talking about!”

“Oh my, would it be fine with drinking alcohol when you’re pregnant?” Lily wondered. “I’m worried…”

“Ah… Well, I don’t think it’ll affect me?” Elayne wondered.

“Of course not! You’re already so strong anyway. Also I am fairly sure you’ve been cursed and poisoned earlier by that Nakuna and the Nightmareborns and nothing bad happened, your immune system can just brush off actual alcohol with ease, the child will be fine too,” suddenly, Gardenia woke up and started chatting.

“I see! Then I’ll have a cup or two!” Elayne smiled, relieved.

“I suppose it is only bad for normal people, but… we aren’t normal at all to begin with,” Mark nodded. “In fact, aren’t you technically like a dragon now, Elayne?”

“I think so dear… Well, kind of, also an angel… Wait, I guess it really doesn’t matter anymore, huh?” Elayne rubbed her chin.

“Can I drink wine too?” Asked Gabriel. “I am thirsty as well! I think… I think I remember that we used to drink red wine back in Heaven…! It was tasty and flavorful, made using the Grapes from Eden!”

“Is that so?” Elayne wondered. “Now that’s interesting… But you’re a child, Gabriel, how could I ever let you drink wine? That’s wrong.”

“I am not a child! I am thousands of years old I think…” Gabriel sighed. “I’ll be fine!”

“Yeah but you still look like a baby boy, and you still act like a baby boy so that’ll make me feel bad…” Elayne sighed.

“Hmm…” Gabriel sighed again, getting grumpy once more. “I don’t like it when you call me a baby! I’m not a baby…”

“Okay you’re not a baby but you’re growing up,” Elayne said. “Come on, I’ll give you grape juice, it’s the same as wine but without weir taste.”

“Hmmm, okay!” Gabriel changed his mood quickly.

Like that, their meal finally began once everything was served on the plate… the new meat was certainly unusual, and their colors were also not normal for most here.

However, the smells they had were very unique and rather enticing, so Elayne and Mark were the first to give it a go.

“Hmm…!”

She took a bite off a burger first, the meat had a wonderful flavor and texture, similar to red meat, but with a stronger aftertaste and sweeter juices, it also had touches of fruit and herbal tastes.

Then she moved to the meat stew, tasting the meat without being minced into a burger, the taste was stronger and chewier, but nice and delicious, the wolf meat was actually much different than the lion’s meat too.

“Oh, hmm! It is really good.”

She found it had a spicier flavor, with a strong liquor flavor to it, and also a strong savory meaty flavor, all combined nicely into a juicy and chewy piece of meat.

Combining both meats in her mouth allowed her to taste both at the same time, they strangely complemented each other.

“So good! Everyone don’t be afraid, it’s amazing, right Mark?”

“Yeah!”

Mark had already eaten a whole steak already, the French fries that Gordon made using the tubers found here were also deliciously crunchy, sweet, and savory with the sea salt on top of them.

The rice too, was unique… it was simple white rice, but decorated with many spirit seeds which were boiled until they became as soft as rice but were much larger.

They came in all colors, red, yellow, green, purple, pink, black, blue, and more, adorning the entire meal with many colors.

These seeds, produced by Elayne’s Spirit Forest Terrain, were usually made to create spiritual flowers or spirits themselves.

But she also discovered they could simply be eaten on their own, tasting like a combination of pistachios, walnut, and hazelnut, and when boiled, these flavors intensified into a rice-like, chewy and very soft texture, with a hint of milkiness to it.

“Hmm…” Elena’s eyes widened. “It’s not bad…”

The girl said that, but she began eating like her life depended on it, everything was simply too delicious.

“The meat of lions and wolves… it’s certainly a first for me…! Hmm! Oh?! T-This is…! An unexpected delicacy!”

Elisa was also rather joyful as she ate the meat, discovering new experiences as a sheltered girl always amusing her.

“I always knew it would be tasty, everything mom cooks is delicious.”

Monica smiled cutely as she glanced at Elayne, even calling her “mom” without realizing, which melted Elayne’s heart.

Elena did notice that, glaring at Monica for a second, but without saying anything else after that, it seemed she didn’t really mind it at all.

“I love the burgers the most~”

Anna was already eating her second burger while drinking soda that Elayne brought along with her inventory.

“Hmm! This is a feast! And with the wine and all of that, it’s even nicer! Cheers!”

Rita happily drank her cup of wine while eating the food, she was already in her fourth steak, and she had already eaten two burgers and a bowl of rice with meat stew.
