Chapter 2277  Heaven Defying Ascension Pill

After their spar, Kulas brought Tian Yang and Ren Xia to their new living quarters.

"I assumed the two of you wanted to live in the same room, so I only prepared this room. If you want separate rooms, let me know," said Kulas.

"How thoughtful." Ren Xia remarked. "But you're not wrong."

Tian Yang walked into the room and expressed slight surprise, "This room… is normal-sized. I thought every room in this palace was meant for giants, or did you specifically create this just for us?"

Kulas smiled and said, "You know, there are times when I feel like walking around in my original size, so there are rooms in here dedicated to humans. Not to mention, we receive human-sized guests all of the time."

"I see…"

"Well, I have to return to work now. If there is anything you need, don't hesitate to ask the servants. Of course, you can bother me whenever," Kulas said.

"Thanks for everything."

After Kulas left, Tian Yang and Ren Xia went to familiarize themselves with their new living space. Although it existed within the palace, the room was huge, with several other connecting rooms. "I'm going to take a shower," Tian Yang said, as he was still soaked in sweat from his sparring with Kulas.

"Sure."

Shortly after Tian Yang entered the bathroom, Ren Xia entered as well. Without warning, of course.

Tian Yang was resting in the bathtub when she walked in, and after quickly washing her body, she also entered the bathtub, resting her slender body on top of his.

"How long do you think we'll stay here?" she asked.

"Who knows? It's not like we have anywhere else to be."

"I guess so…"

After several minutes of silence, Ren Xia suddenly reached for the sword pressing against her back and said, "Once we're done here, I want to experience what Kulas had mentioned."

Knowing that he can't avoid this subject forever, Tian Yang let out a long, defeated sigh.

"…Fine."

He had known this moment would come when the subject was first brought up.

Some time later, they moved into the bedroom, where Tian Yang demonstrated the capabilities of the Great Mammoth Body Refinement technique. Rather than enlarging his entire physique, however, he focused the technique on a single area.

"Heavens…" Ren Xia stared at his enlarged sword, her eyes wide with excitement and a hint of nervousness.

"Will this even fit?" she mumbled in a mosquito-like voice.

Noticing the hesitation in her gaze, Tian Yang teased, "Don't tell me you're going to run away now? You're the one who suggested this."

"R-Run away? Don't insult me," Ren Xia said, pushing Tian Yang down with surprising force.

She embraced him fully, accepting his enlarged sword without hesitation.

A brief wince of pain crossed her face, but it was quickly replaced by a soft gasp as discomfort quickly shifted into overwhelming warmth.

"It feels like I am doing it for the first time again," she remarked with a playful smile, eyes gleaming with desire.

Thus, Tian Yang and Ren Xia began their life on the Giant's Continent with Kulas and his family.

Several days later, Xie Mey sought out Tian Yang, eager to learn about the world beyond the continent.

He told her of his journeys through the Divine Heavens, his words flowing like stories from a book of legends, as if he were reading fairy tales to a child.

"Thank you, Senior! I'll visit you again later!"

Some time later, Kulas approached Tian Yang with the expert who created his world.

"This is Lu An, a level 6 Array Master. He's the expert I told you about."

"It's a pleasure to meet you, Senior." Lu An gave a polite bow before continuing, "The creation of a world begins with Array Symbols, so unless you are an Array Master, it's impossible to create your own world."

Tian Yang nodded and said, "I see. Although I am no expert, I have studied Array Symbol over the years. That said, I'm likely nowhere close to the level required to create my own world."

"Worry not. Even if you are a complete beginner, I am here to teach you."

"Really? Aren't Array Masters typically busy? Especially one at your level?"

Lu An smiled and said, "Typically, yes. However, I am the Giant Emperor's exclusive Array Master, and he instructed me to teach you, so you will be my priority until you can create your own world."

"In that case, I'll be in your care." Kulas then spoke, "By the way, remember the ingredients you showed me?"

"The ones I found in Han Zexian's cavern? What about them?"

"Have you forgotten already? I told you that I would find an Alchemist to concoct a treasure using those ingredients. He'll arrive in a month. If you don't want to, let me know."

"No, go ahead. It's not like I have any other use for them." Tian Yang took out the sealed ingredients from his spatial ring and handed them to Kulas without hesitation. "Let me know when it's done."

"Sure."

From that day forward, Tian Yang devoted himself to learning Array Symbols under the tutelage of Lu An, a Level 6 Array Master who was considered to be at the pinnacle of his craft at that time.

"This is the Heaven Defying Ascension Pill," Kulas introduced the pill as if it were nothing out of the ordinary.

"What does it do?" Tian Yang asked.

Kulas smiled and replied, "That's a secret. You'll find out once you consume it."

"You're telling me to consume a pill with unknown effects?" Tian Yang raised his eyebrows, forgetting that was precisely what he did in Han Zexian's cavern... several times, at that.

"What? Do you think I'll poison you or something?" Kulas glared at him.

"Of course not." Tian Yang accepted the pill and added, "Thanks. I'll take it later today."

At that moment, he had no idea just how precious and heaven-defying the pill truly was.
