"Now, Frank! Name it!"

"You will be named…"

His eyes shone brightly, as Frank felt boundless power suddenly flow out of him as he touched the World Seed germinating…

"Genesis!"

The entire world around Frank and Michael turned white, as the two found themselves floating in an endlessly white expanse.

And then, slowly, clouds began to appear, and a sky, an endless sky with no ground at all, beautifully blue.

The sea of clouds began growing larger and larger, expanding everywhere.

However, there was hardly any land, there was nothing to stand over, so the two were left there, floating.

Or well, Frank started falling endlessly until he figured out he could grow angelic wings.

He could technically also float using magic, but that costs constant mana, while the angelic wings, a manifestation of his Celestial Mark, cost no energy.

"Ah, dammit, that made me dizzy…" Frank groaned. "So where exactly are we? I suppose this is… the world I created?"

"It's not exactly a world yet…" Michael said. "But it's something close to it. The beginning of a world. A World Seed has the potential to create a world with a lot of energy and resources, but because those were limited with you… Well, we'll start with this."

"An endless sky… Well, can't say I'm complaining, this place sure is beautiful," Frank smiled, looking everywhere. "And now that I can pretty much fly indefinitely, I wouldn't mind just coming here sometimes to sleep or just overall escape from the world outside…"

"Indeed, that's the primary purpose this new Realm will have," Michael said. "It will be your refuge from the dangers of the outside world, or for your family. Whenever you're threatened by forces you cannot completely defeat, you'll bring your family here and keep them well protected. This is the original purpose of why I went through this entire effort, master."

"You can just call me Frank, master sounds weird from an angel so old compared to me…" Frank was sometimes too humble, but perhaps that's why he had the Celestial Mark of Humility.

"Are you saying I am an old lady?" Michael wondered, with a slightly threatening voice.

"Huh? Sorry! I didn't mean to offend you…" Frank muttered.

"Ppff… Hahaha! I was joking, I would never care about such things, we angels aren't selfish enough to care about being called whatever humans call us," Michael smiled. "Now, although the place is quite pretty, skies and clouds can't really sustain much life right?"

"Perhaps microorganism capable of synthetizing the gases present in this atmosphere could survive, ultimately evolving into a race of flying creatures that diversify into a myriad of shapes and forms…" Frank wondered.

Speculative evolution was a genre of literature he liked a lot when he was younger…

"Um, I suppose that could happen after billions of years of evolution from small bacteria, but there's hardly any time to wait for that Frank," Michael sighed.

"Okay, so how do we create land then? It seems the world has been made but it isn't finished?" Wondered Frank.

"Wait, you mean Dirt and… Botany and Druid?" Frank's eyes widened. "And if I combine them with Gift of Life…"

Michael nodded as she heard his words with a smile.

"Indeed! You've finally figured it out, right? Your powers are ideal for the beginning of a new world. And while this world is being completed into a Realm, your powers are also amplified," Michael said. "Imagine yourself as a deity creating a world, just like my Father. Wield your Skills as if you were painting into an empty canvas. You won't be able to create too much, so try to concentrate into a single thing."

"A God you say…?" Frank's eyes widened. "O-Okay, I get it… I think."

He quickly closed his eyes, trying to calm down.

For a moment, he began to think, to imagine what he wanted to see in this world.

And what could be realistically created as well.

"Genesis… Why did I even name this World like that?"

As he wondered about that, he began to recall his memories.

This wasn't a world he had visited in these fragmented memories or dreams…

However, he had heard about it many times, over and over again.

From her.

Genesis was the world where she came from, an immense world that was not defined by a simple spherical planet.

Perhaps it was once a planet, but after eons of evolution and countless events and changes, it became something else entirely.

It became a small universe of its own, the fragments of this ancient world divided into hundreds of pieces, each piece becoming their own Realm, as big as planets, their own worlds.

Such a thing could only make Frank's imagination run wild!

Who could have ever thought a world like this ever existed?

It simply was so… amazing!

"Maybe my desire to visit this world is what drove me to name this one like that? This imaginary world… which I don't even know if it exists or not…"

Frank smiled lightly, as he quickly imagined something, a giant floating continent.

"How big is what I could make now?"

"Not bigger than an island… I calculate the limit might be as big as Hawaii."

"Hawaii, huh? Ah, I want to visit that place one day…"

As Frank imagined that beautiful tropical island… he suddenly remembered something else as well.

The original "Realm" where she came from.

"She often said it was full of incredible people… And it was called something like Vida?"

As Frank thought of that, he pointed his hands forward, as he felt boundless quantities of energy flow out of his body.

Without limits!

"W-Wow…"

As he realized the power he could wield in his own world, he activated the simple Skill [Dirt] repeatedly.

RUMBLE!

Small dirt continued multiplying over and over and over again.

Rapidly condensing, merging, hardening.

Suddenly, a massive boulder appeared, and then from the boulder, countless other stones began emerging.

This was the beginning of a creation of a new land…
