Chapter 2365: Legendary Advantages.

Most, if not every, legend has a 50% in all of their divine abilities. Their mastery only increases the longer they’ve been legends.

So even with the 70% mastery of some of their divine abilities, they don’t have any advantage in that aspect over other legends. But in terms of spiritual energy, they have a lot of advantages.

Normal legends will have nine storages of spiritual energy. These nine are the six divine flesh in their body and their three souls.

Each storage of spiritual energy can hold 640 units of spiritual energy. So normal legends of one pathway can hold up to 5,760 units of spiritual energy.

This is a massive upgrade from the 1,280 units of spiritual energy that epic godclads with one pathway have. This massive change in capacity is because epic godclads can only store spiritual energy in the three divine flesh in their bodies and in one soul, while legends have more storage for spiritual energy.

They used to have four times the normal amount of spiritual energy as epic godclads. That was 5,120 units of spiritual energy. But they have gained nearly a 100% upgrade just by advancing with one pathway.

Only one of their four pathways had been upgraded so far, but the increase in spiritual energy capacity is still massive. Their capacity increased from 5,120 to 9,600. That is an increase of 85%.

This increase in their capacity of spiritual energy has granted them an advantage of 3,840 units of spiritual energy above other legends.

This advantage is only 66% more spiritual energy than normal legends with one pathway, but the advantage will increase to 300% when they advance their other three pathways to the legendary rank.

In the meantime, this advantage in spiritual energy can be easily converted into power by liberating their divine form.

When legends liberate their divine forms, all three of their souls can be used to enhance their power. This enhancement is in the form of their spiritual power of their three souls combining to enhance the power of their physique.

For example, in the case of strength, their power is 640 units. When they liberate their divine form, the power of their strength will become 640 (Strength) + ((3 (Souls) × 1,280 (Spiritual Power)) × %Mastery/100).

On one side is the power of their strength, and on the other side is the power of their three souls. Their divine flesh is the channel for enhancing their physical power with the power of their souls, so the proportion of the power of their souls that can be used for enhancement is dependent on the lowest mastery of divine flesh in their body.

In their case, their lowest mastery is 50%. This is usually the lowest mastery for every legend. So their strength after liberating their divine form changes from 640 units to 640 (Strength) + ((3 (Souls) × 1,280 (Spiritual Power)) × 50% Mastery/100), which is 2,560 units.

2,560 units of strength is a fourfold increase in the power of their strength. This increase will double when all of their divine flesh has been mastered to 100%.

This increase in power in the liberated form is why other legends are no match for a legend once that legend has unleashed their divine form.

Even if the divine beast form is lacking in spiritual energy to generate the enhancement, it will be very difficult for other legends to defeat the divine beast form. A rank 8 demigod will have to act to defeat a rank 7 divine beast.

Every legend gains this boost from their divine flesh. So not only do legends gain the increase to spiritual energy capacity, but they also gain a liberated mode that enhances all of their physical power.

A talented rank 6 epic godclad might be able to match a legend when they are still human. But once that legend unleashes their divine beast form, that rank 6 legend is likely to become mincemeat.

But all of this extra power comes at the cost of spiritual energy. In the divine beast form, it will be as if they are constantly using all seven of their divine abilities at the same time. This will improve their mastery of their divine abilities and even improve their power, but it will quickly drain them of their energy.

For a legend in their divine beast form, the consumption of spiritual energy will increase from 0 units per second to at least 7 units of spiritual energy per second.

The consumption can be even greater than that in some cases. But even if it is still 7 units of spiritual energy per second, a normal legend with a spiritual energy capacity of 5,760 will only be able to gain 822 seconds of enhancement, or 13.71 minutes of enhancement.

They have a spiritual energy capacity of 9,600 units, so they can get a boost that will last 1,371 seconds, or 22.85 minutes.

This is just the advantage they will get without accounting for their regeneration of spiritual energy. Once their regeneration of spiritual energy is accounted for, they will gain another advantage.

A normal legend with three souls will have a spiritual energy recovery rate of 192 units per hour. But this can’t make up for the consumption of 420 units of spiritual energy needed to maintain their divine beast form per hour.

Rank 1 godclads regenerate spiritual energy at a rate of 1 per hour. This recovery rate doubles for each advancement. But it also triples after doubling at the legendary rank. So a normal rank 6 godclad will have a regeneration of 32 units of spiritual energy per hour.

Legion have twelve consciousnesses, so they had a recovery rate of 384 per hour when they were at rank 6. That regeneration rate has increased to 480 units per hour now.

A regeneration rate of 480 units of spiritual energy per hour means that they can sustain the boost from their divine form indefinitely.
