Chapter 1956: 24.217 Sixth Violet Star - Beyond the Cosmos

After the God of Destruction was sucked into some kind of unknown portal, those who witnessed it had varying reactions. Some students and teachers who happened to see that scene were terrified. They’ve never expected that the Young Prince Hei would fall inside the portal directly just like that. That seems to happen because he chose to save his parents from getting sucked in instead.

"Prince Hei was sucked into the portal and it suddenly closed!"

"Will he be alright?"

"Is that portal connected to the Barre Land!?"

Bing Ou said, "He might have fallen inside but those beasts would barely hold him back."

"What do you mean? My pets were all at least King grade and above! There are more than thousands of them there!" Bing Jin said.

Bing Ou said, "You still don’t know how powerful the guardian is. Anyway, we should kill Long Juedi as you wish and return to the Barren Land to check on the guardian."

"But Long Juedi entered that annoying barrier in his class territory! Why the hell powerful humans like An Shizhe and Hunluan exist anyway!? They’ve never existed in my past life before!" Bing Jin said.

Suddenly, a voice was heard from behind them catching them off guard. After all, they didn’t even notice this person getting this close to them until he spoke. Bing Jin and Bing Ou turned around at the same time and met the other prince that made them completely on guard.

The one who appeared is unexpectedly Ye Xiajie, the Sovereign God of Void and Darkness. He looked at the two of them like how a snake stared at his prey. This gives the two of them a feeling of being targeted.

"The scent of the one beside you is awfully familiar. I just have to meet you once more just to make sure," said Ye Xiajie.

His emotionless eyes landed on Bing Ou and said, "Your facade is too amateurish. My wife doesn’t even feel like playing with you. Well, he intentionally let himself fall in that space crack to have some good exercise."

"Impossible! There is no way that is possible! He fell in! Are you trying to tell me that he intentionally let himself fall!" Bing Jin said.

The Sovereign God of Void and Darkness, Ye Xiajie, suddenly grabbed the neck of Bing Ou. Before the two could react, they were suddenly swallowed by the darkness as Ye Xiajie had pulled them into the void. Upon opening their eyes in the void, Pei Jin’s illusion on himself had also disappeared. He looks around in this world of darkness which gives him the feeling of unknown danger looming all over him. He was trying to touch everything around as he couldn’t understand why he can see well in this darkness when he isn’t supposed to see even his feet.

It’s just that as he grips around, he accidentally touches something which makes it attack him. Ouroboros had pulled him away before he was eaten alive. Pei Jin was horrified to see such a gigantic monster from the void. What made him realize that he was touching its face without him seeing anything.

"What the hell is that monster!?" said Pei Jin while trembling.

"That’s... a void beast. Then we are in the void!? You are the Sovereign of the Void and Darkness!!" Ouroboros exclaimed.

Ye Xiajie ignored him and sat on his black throne within the Void beside it is a pure white throne reserved for his beloved, the God of Destruction.

"Speak. Give answers to my questions," said the Sovereign God of Void and Darkness.

If the guardian is the strongest righteous god in this cosmos then the one in front of him is the strongest evil god in existence. He didn’t expect that the strongest righteous and evil god of this cosmos is a couple. Then suddenly he recalled something, there are originally two guardian guards that protect each cosmos. One is the God of Destruction and the other is... he couldn’t clearly remember who that god is. All Ouroboros remembers is that this god had died with their Cosmos Lord during their final war before the current cease fire.

"No... Is that possible? But you have died together with our lord. Also that god’s eyes aren’t crimson, but instead pure black. Who the hell are you truly?" Ouroboros asked.

Ye Xiajie looked at him coldly and said, "I am the one currently asking the questions!"

"Our cosmos is dying. It had been existing for quite a long time and it wouldn’t be surprising to call it an ancient one. Because of this our guardian, the Dark Lord, had gathered a few of us to find another cosmos to take over. After moving around the space for too long we finally found one cosmos. A newly born one completely blessed with both chaos and abundance. However, that was the time we met the guardians of the Cosmos."

"One of them is that God controls destruction and possesses an ability to cut through anything. That’s the God of Destruction. The Lord of Destruction was already powerful enough alone that he could contend against our Dark Lord. However, what made it worse is that this cosmos didn’t only have the God of Destruction as a guardian but someone else. That God called himself, the ruler of flames and we called him Hell Flame Lord."

"The Lord of Hell Flames, is this you sir?" Ouroboros asked.

Unfortunately, Ye Xiajie didn’t know about the existence of the Lord of Hell Flames. After all, even in Vearth there is no God that rules the flames as he possessed the strongest flame in existence.

Ye Xiajie said, "I do not know what you are talking about. What I control is the Void and the darkness."

"Continue talking..." He added. "Tell me something about this Dark Lord of yours. Why do you keep saying that he had died?"

"It was during the last Cosmos War. The God of Destruction chooses to defend your cosmos. It was the Hell Flame Lord who had confronted our Dark Lord. Their battle lasted for a few millennia until in the end they killed each other.
