Infinite Range: The Sniper Mage

Chapter 414 - 414: 414: Weaponization Process Not Yet 100%

“Kill Orgod, bounty of 5 million gold coins, capture alive, 10 million gold coins!”

A pale-faced woman sitting in the backseat of a black SUV said, her voice dripping with venom.

As one of the heirs of NUK’s NSK Enterprises Group, she had never suffered such disgrace. Not only had she lost a lot of her subordinates at the auction, but she had also been blackmailed again by the Demon Emperor.

Losing a few henchmen was nothing for someone of her status.

However, when she finally returned to NUK and informed her elders about Orgod being able to use game skills, they had locked her up, labeling her insane.

Now, she,Kim Soo-jeong, had become the laughingstock of her entire family.

Orgod had become her nightmare, keeping her awake at night and turning her into a madwoman bent on revenge.

The two black SUVs growled as they accelerated, catching up quickly.

“Damn it!”

Bradley gritted his teeth and slammed the accelerator, the car speeding up.

Everyone’s faces shifted, and Nightshade pulled out his phone, speaking weakly, “Money Traveler, should we call the cops?”

The atmosphere inside the car turned awkward.

Everyone looked at Lee, who was in charge of security, but he gave them a lifeless look, “Please, I’m a soldier, not a cop!”

With that, Lee opened a briefcase under his seat. The group was stunned to see a semi-automatic rifle inside.

“Holy crap! Let me see that!”

Madman froze for a second before swearing loudly. He reached out to grab the weapon, but Lee shot him a glare and pushed his hand away.

Lee lovingly stroked the rifle and said with a proud look, “My woman is not something you can just touch.”

He quickly loaded the magazine, clicked off the safety, and made a smooth, confident motion. The guys in the car watched enviously.

“There’s more! Looks like we’re surrounded!”

Bradley frowned as he saw three more SUVs coming from around the corner, sandwiching their car between them.

“Stop the car!”

One of the men from the front car leaned out, wearing sunglasses, and pointed a submachine gun at Bradley.

“Dude, we’re surrounded! Should we take them out?”

Madman quickly slapped Orson’s shoulder.

“Are you scared?”

Orson smiled, and after a pause, said, “It’s them who are surrounded.”

“What? Just Lee and his woman? We’re surrounding them?”

Madman bared his teeth, whispering angrily, trying not to wake Sienna. “I’m just worried about disturbing my girlfriend’s rest!”

“Your girlfriend… I’ll give you a flying kick!”

Orson shot him a glare and strapped Sienna into her seat. Just as Bradley opened the rear door, the wind blew in, and Sienna sleepily opened her eyes.

“What’s going on?”

Orson had already stepped out of the car, freezing in place. He awkwardly smiled and said, “Just getting some fresh air.”

“Fresh air?”

Sienna froze for a second, then saw Lee holding the rifle, immediately realizing something was wrong.

The others who were in the know also froze, unsure of how to explain.

“Ahem… your brother’s been getting into trouble lately, but I don’t understand his madness either.”

Bradley cleared his throat.

“It’s just a little trouble, there might be some… inappropriate scenes. You’d better not look.”

Dancing Giant Boobs smiled at Sienna.

“What?!”

Sienna shook her head, stepping up confidently.

“Whatever happens, I can face it.”

Her words made everyone pause and look at her with a newfound respect.

This wasn’t just Orson’s sister, her mental resilience was far beyond ordinary.

“In her eyes, I’m invincible. No matter the situation, that’s how she sees me.”

Orson smiled, a hint of brotherly pride in his voice.

With that, Orson leapt out of the moving car, “Brother!”

Sienna’s face turned pale in shock at his reckless action.

“Weaponization process at 57%.”

Orson smirked. With Borlog’s help, his Infinite Dimensions permissions were fully activated, allowing him to see his and others’ weaponization progress.

The wind rushed past him as he soared, and he felt his heart race with a new madness igniting in his eyes.

Although Infinite Dimensions was touted as being 99% realistic, living in this world made Orson feel more attuned to the raw sensations of battle, like pain, death, and adrenaline.

Suddenly, a figure shot out of the car, stunning the NUK assassins behind them.

They had no idea what had just happened.

“Crimson Lizard King!”

Orson called out, and a space rift opened. The terrifying creature that could only exist in the virtual world opened its blood-red eyes.

“At your service, my lord.”

A low, deep voice echoed.

A massive shadow flashed, and the next moment, Orson was in the air, wearing the dark golden War Supreme robe, holding the Supreme Arcane Blade, with an olive-shaped crown on his head. The sheer force of his presence radiated around him.

“Weaponization process not yet at 100%.”

“Your equipment, accessories, magic, and battle beasts… cannot reach their full potential.”

“New buff acquired: Critical Strike.”

“Effect: Attacking a target’s vital point will cause a devastating effect, with damage multiplied by 10x the critical hit. There’s a small chance of directly killing the target.”

“New debuff acquired: Fatal Pain.”

“Effect: When receiving massive damage, there’s a chance of irreversible bleeding and mental collapse. There’s a small chance of being instantly killed.”

The system prompt echoed in his ears, and Orson nodded to himself. The sensation felt right.

These two buffs were common for every trial-taker in Infinite Dimensions. The world might be almost real, but it also meant real pain and real death.

Once your head is blown off, no matter how much health you have, it’s game over—unless, of course, there’s a Priest or resurrection items nearby.

Priests, with their resurrection skills, could bring you back as long as your soul hadn’t completely dissipated.

But priests were the shortest-lived class. They often became the first targets of Heaven Demon attacks in battle.

“Is that my brother’s battle beast mount?”

Sienna stared in disbelief at the Crimson Lizard King.

Bradley sighed, shrugging.

“I… What?”

Seeing the scene, Lee’s face went pale as he slowly put down his woman and closed the car window. “I need to find a therapist…”

Earlier, he had heard K.D talk about this, but he didn’t quite believe it.

Now, seeing a dragon almost identical to the one in the game in front of him, his worldview shattered.

Orson looked at his own health, now only 100,000, and laughed.

“400 HP?”

The power gap was too vast. He could easily see through the target’s entire stats.

This wasn’t just a case of an adult bullying a child—this was a high-level player beating up a beginner village goblin.

“Dragon!! A dragon!”

“Is this a hallucination? Or the latest US holographic projection technology?”

The NUK assassins were in shock, some unable to believe their eyes. They started yelling in confusion.

Only Pokpung laughed madly, “I’m not crazy! This is real!”

But she firmly believed that no matter what magic skills the enemy had, they were still flesh and blood. In front of hot weapons, they would die.

“What are you waiting for? Shoot him!” Pokpung screamed, her face twisted in madness.

The assassins immediately aimed their guns at Orson, and over ten weapons unleashed a storm of bullets.

-300

-500

The bullets hit the Crimson Lizard King’s scales, causing sparks to fly, but it barely made a dent.

The Crimson Lizard King seemed to barely feel the pain, sensing the insignificant bites of ants.

But as a Domain Lord-Class creature, it was terrifying as it hovered in mid-air.

With a flick of its tail, it let out an ear-splitting crack and flew over a thousand meters, flapping its wings to hover right in front of the encircling vehicles.

“I don’t enjoy bullying weak insects.”

Orson’s face hardened with cold fury. His family and friends were in those cars, and he couldn’t afford to show mercy.

These insects had crossed his line!

With a piercing gaze, Orson locked onto the NUK woman in the back of one of the vehicles, pausing briefly before saying, “But that doesn’t mean you can just bite me without consequences.”

With that, Crimson Lizard King let out an earth-shaking roar, and a black hurricane swept across the ground, destroying streetlights along the way.

This world would soon witness the power of the Mage God!
