Lackey's Seducing Survival Odyssey

Chapter 1260: The next phase is ready… should we?

Chapter 1260: The next phase is ready… should we?

Aether’s lips twitched as he frowned, before walking towards her step by deliberate step.

Morgana’s face shifted, her smirk fading into sharp seriousness as her hands tightened, ready for any fight.

However—

Aether leaned closer, his gaze locking onto hers, his eyes glowing dangerously, his breath brushing against her ear as he whispered low, “That’s why I’m curious too… why did she only forget about me?”

Morgana shrugged with forced nonchalance,

“Maybe she wanted to forget you once and for all.”

Aether frowned… no, that wasn’t right.

Something wasn’t making sense with Lia at all.

His snowflake… clearly remembered everyone.

But Lia… forgot about him.

And only him?

He wasn’t sure about the exact details of her situation, but one thing was certain: she forgot about him.

Not Nyx… Not her mother.

Did something happen there that caused her to forget him… or was it something else entirely?

The thing was that he wasn’t sure what exactly had happened without the testimony of the other people who were kidnapped.

If only he had those people, he could have understood what was going on with Lia. He could have pieced the puzzle together.

Still, once he talks to her… alone, he could get what’s going on with her.

Aether leaned forward, “If I find any kind of foul play… mark my words. I will kill whoever did that to her.”

Morgana hummed with a small shrug, the gesture infuriatingly casual, as if his fury was little more than a breeze brushing her cheek.

Aether then asked, “I am curious… what would be the outcome of the previous fight?”

Morgana smirked, her lips curling with cruel delight. “It’s your death… Aether,” she replied as if it were the most obvious result in the world.

Aether frowned, “How can you be so sure?”

Morgana leaned closer, whispering like a serpent’s hiss, “I am sure… because my sis hasn’t gotten serious.”

“Oh?” Aether’s voice laced with sarcasm, “Now I’m curious when she will get serious… why is everyone talking like she was just playing around, huh? So much buildup for a daughter-con!”

Morgana smirked again, her eyes glinting with certainty. “Oh? Believe me… death will be the answer when she gets serious.”

Aether blankly stared at Morgana. Something about this woman… really didn’t sit well with him.

Not only her, but also Mary.

These two… were truly unique. Dangerous. ᴡ ᴏᴠʟ ᴄʜᴀᴘᴛʀs ᴀʀ ᴘᴜʙʟsʜᴅ ᴏ N0v3l.Fiɾe.net

Beasts that smiled with human faces.

Morgana then added, her voice cold and final, “This would be our last mercy for you… do not get in our way ever again!

From here on, you and we… are different! Our paths were never meant to cross again!!”

Aether frowned before shrugging, “Whatever… do you think you can rule this Empire now? Even if the actor was unable to perform his acting, the stage is already set…”

For that… Morgana just smirked.

As if it was nothing to her.

With that, Aether grew irked, veins popping along his forehead, “You can never, ever… get the Grenthollow.”

Again… Morgana just smirked.

“…” Aether clenched his teeth, frustration grinding through his jaw.

Why was nothing working now?

Was he getting desperate?

Fuck!

Did they think he was just playing around?

Fuck no! Unless they talk to him, he’s going to give the Grenthollow!

Aether sighed, dragging his hand across his face as he turned away, preparing to deal with the next problem.

Just then, Morgana leaned forward, her lips brushing his with sudden—

“~hmm~”

She kissed him before moving with a smirk.

Aether blinked in surprise as he watched her walking away, her hips swaying so seductively with her tail trailing behind like a teasing whip of temptation.

The sight gnawed at him, stirring things he didn’t want stirred.

’Damn, I am not going to fall for this!!’ Aether slapped his cheek, the sting sharp against his skin, before turning and walking with a prideful face.

He forced his steps to look firm, as though unshaken.

That ass was just flesh… he wasn’t going to be swayed by that!!

Damn it!

Just as he was walking, he saw… Galen was approaching the mansion.

He was still alive?

Aether narrowed his eyes. He thought he had killed him… mistakenly during the fight?

Maybe this guy went and hid himself?

Aether grew curious. He lifted his hand and waved casually, “Hello.”

But Galen just walked away, ignoring him as if he were a ghost.

Aether blinked. He thought Galen would be furious with him… especially because of Morgana kissing him.

Aether frowned in confusion.

Did he not care what she did?

Did it not matter at all to him?

What kind of husband and wife were they?

Aether sighed, shaking his head as he walked away, pushing the thought aside.

Meanwhile,

Morgana walked through the mansion with a soft smile curving her lips. “He… he really changed so much… ah,” she thought, her voice drifting in her mind with something close to admiration.

But then her expression hardened, turned cold and indifferent. “Still, I am the one who will kill him!”

“Morgana.”

Morgana turned at the sudden voice and saw… Galen was standing behind her.

Morgana frowned, “Did you forget your place, dog?”

Her eyes glowed, and instantly, Galen’s mind went numb. His body trembled, instinctively lowering his head under her will.

“Forgive me, Majesty…” Galen muttered in a trembling tone.

“What is your sudden visit now?”

Galen answered, “Everything is ready for the next phase.”

Morgana hummed, satisfied, before turning away. Galen remained kneeling, unmoving, his forehead nearly touching the cold stone floor.

Morgana walked toward Mary’s room and entered it without knocking. There she saw Lia sleeping soundly in Mary’s arms, her face peaceful against her mother’s chest.

As if she were finally back home.

Mary glanced at her with tired, annoyed eyes, “What is it now?”

Morgana replied with an indifferent tone, “The next phase is ready… should we?”

Mary hummed thoughtfully, her fingers brushing through Lia’s hair, before answering, “Yes. Begin the process… It’s time for the Origins to know what happens when you touch my daughter!”

Meanwhile,

Aether appeared inside the academy.

His eyes wandered until they landed on Dora, who was groaning softly in her sleep, sprawled lazily on the sofa with a tired expression etched across her beautiful face.

Aether stared at her, whispering under his breath, “Look at her… sleeping even at this hour…” His gaze swept the room. It was empty, quiet, only her desk and a few scattered notes keeping her academy.

He stepped closer, slow and careful, his eyes glued to her face.

So beautiful… even though she was just an illusionary form, she radiated a timeless allure.

This GILF, as he called her, was really cute… Too cute!

And then his eyes fell lower…. Or rather, they were pulled lower—straight to her chest.

Well, that had been inevitable.

It wasn’t his fault.

It was gravity.

Definitely gravity!

Believe him!!!

Especially since her top button had come undone, revealing the deep valley of her cleavage… that holy grail she guarded so mercilessly.

His throat went dry.

“Damn…” he muttered under his breath. “She’s really holding that holy grail, isn’t she?”

He leaned in closer and sniffed the air around her. She smelled faintly sweaty… yet it wasn’t unpleasant. It was intoxicating. Enchanting, even.

Especially near her cleavage…

He lowered his head slowly, carefully, making sure not to wake her. His face hovered just an inch away from her soft, heaving chest.

Damn, that scent… her sweat, her skin, it was enough to make his shaft twitch and tremble with aching hunger.

As much as he wanted to tear her clothes open and bury himself between those divine mountains, he knew better.

The moment he touched her, she would kick him into the next empire.

Even though she loved him… she would definitely never let him touch her so easily, would she?

He wondered when that barrier would finally break. He longed for the day he could hold those holy grails in his hands, drink her nectar, and if possible… pour some of his own.

His fingers hovered, trembling slightly, tracing the curves in the air.

Not touching… just gliding barely millimetres away from her. From the proud peaks of her mountains, down the smooth slopes, until they almost reached her soft flat stomach. Slowly, dangerously, his hand drifted lower toward her—

“You do know that I’m awake, right?”

Dora’s deadpan voice shattered the silence. Her eyes shot open, sharp and piercing, locking straight onto his face.

Aether just smiled innocently and shyly as if he had been caught doing something naughty,

“Oh my~ I got caught~ Hehe~”

“…”

The vein on Dora’s forehead twitched before she suddenly pushed him down onto the sofa, her strength catching him completely off guard.

She swung her leg over and straddled him, her body pressing against his chest.

Aether blinked in surprise, his heart skipping a beat as heat rushed through him.

Dora leaned down, staring at him blankly, though a sly, dangerous smile curved her lips.

“I told you not to play with a fox, right?”

Aether gulped, his eyes widening as he saw the pink mist beginning to leak from her body, curling around her like a predator’s aura.

Holy shit.

He was going to suffer and… getting cockblocked!!
