“Eggy, I suspect this is a part of the trial, too. I’ll have to do it alone,” Chu Feng said. He turned to the spirit formation gate and shouted, “Brother Ye, come in!”

Ye Xiancheng pointed to himself in bewilderment. “Are you calling for me?”

Those outside could now hear the voices of those inside, too.

“He should be calling for you,” Ye Xiancheng’s parents said.

Ye Xiancheng entered the spirit formation gate, but he didn’t venture too far away from the entrance like Eighth Zhao. He knew he was nowhere strong enough to join the battle, and going too deep inside would expose him to great danger.
