Song Changsheng narrowed his eyes. “Are you saying that the Ninth Galaxy is absorbing the energies of the other eight galaxies?”

“You don’t know?”

“I’ll go to the Ninth Galaxy,” Song Changsheng suddenly said.

Tianjian Qingyuan remarked, “Your friend has quite the foresight.”
“I’ll introduce you to him if there’s a chance, but you have to be mentally prepared,” Song Changsheng said.

“He is a charming man, unlike me. I heard all the women he met have fallen for him.”

A loud explosion suddenly echoed from the horizon.
Song Changsheng and Tianjian Qingyuan immediately looked over. To their horror, the tribute formation didn’t dissipate. Instead, its red light was flickering with greater frequency than before.
“What’s going on?”
Song Changsheng and Tianjian Qingyuan felt uneasy. They thought the colossal being was behind the tribute formation, and slaying it would resolve the crisis. But that didn’t happen.
Perhaps the colossal being was not the mastermind behind the tribute formation.

The formation consisted of two parts. One encompassed a vast area and contained many formation cores. The other was the size of a jar but contained tremendous energy comparable to a realm. The formation occasionally emanated a golden glow, though it was impossible to peek into it.
The crowd quickly realized that the formation’s golden glow and the tribute formation’s red light appeared at the same time, as if they were synchronized. Yet, they gave off different feelings, as if light and dark, good and evil.
