Myth Beyond Heaven

Chapter 2773 - 2773: New Situation (1)

The three Primordial Gods stood frozen, their immortal eyes reflecting the swirling dance of nine cosmic authorities.

Ping Heng was the first to break the silence. His golden scales materialized unconsciously, weighing the impossibility before him. “If I hadn’t seen it myself, I wouldn’t believe it,” His voice carried the weight of cosmic judgment. “No being was meant to hold this much power.”

Hei Xuan’s laughter boomed, shaking the Celestial Radiance Realm. His darkness-cloaked form trembled with barely contained excitement. “Hah! And yet here he stands!” He slapped his knee. “As expected from the son-in-law I choose.”

Kong Xuan’s aged fingers traced the rim of his wine cup, his galaxy eyes swirling with complex emotions. “You feel it too, don’t you?” His voice dropped to a whisper. “That pressure.”

Yun Lintian flexed his hands, watching as the nine spheres pulsed in response. “It’s like…” He searched for words, his yin-yang eyes reflecting infinite possibilities. “Like the world is a grain of sand in my palm.”

A heavy silence fell.

“That’s the Creator’s perspective.” Ping Heng said in a deep voice.

Li Qinglan stepped forward, her light-diminished form still radiant. “You’re not just holding power now, Yun Lintian. You’re embodying the framework of existence itself.”

Yun Lintian closed his eyes, feeling the truth in their words. The Tree of Life in his Divine Core had grown beyond its original form—its branches now cradled entire constellations, its roots dug into the fabric of reality.

Hei Xuan poured himself another cup of wine with shaking hands. “Do you understand what this means, boy? Nian Shi isn’t just fighting you anymore. He’s fighting against the inevitable tide of creation.”

Kong Xuan’s wine cup shattered in his grip. “We need to move. Now.” His cosmic eyes darted across unseen dimensions. “He’ll come for you with everything this time.”

Yun Lintian nodded, dispersing the nine spheres with a thought. The power settled into his bones, humming with potential. “Alright.”

Yun Lintian raised his hand, and the Gate of Beyond Heaven materialized before them—its ancient frame pulsing with newfound power. The runes along its edges glowed silver, resonating with his spatial authority.

“Everyone, follow me,” he said.

With a thought, the Gate swung open, revealing not just a portal, but a bridge between realities. The group stepped through—

—and emerged into the Land of Beyond Heaven.

Whoosh!

The crisp air of Misty Lake greeted them, filled with the laughter of children splashing in its crystal waters.

Gui Xiao stood waist-deep in the lake, his slow voice carrying across the water:

“Wel…come…back…Big…Brother…Yun…”

Kong Xuan’s galaxy eyes widened as he took in the pocket world. “This isn’t just a hidden realm.” His voice held rare awe. “It’s a complete universe—with perfectly balanced laws.”

Ping Heng’s golden scales materialized, weighing the environment. “More than balanced. These laws are… unbreakable.” His gaze sharpened. “Nothing short of a Creator’s power could destroy this place.”

Hei Yue’s silver eyes sparkled as she took in the serene landscape. She turned to Yun Lintian shyly. “Did you… grow up here?”

Yun Lintian smiled, watching a group of children chase each other through the mist. “This place was my sanctuary. Where I practiced. Where I hid.” His expression softened.

Qing Yun was surprised slightly. Her emerald robes fluttered as she dashed toward the distant Tree of Life, its branches visible above the mist. “The True Wood Spirit Clan.”

The others followed at a slower pace.

Hei Xuan chuckled as they passed training grounds where Yun Clan members sparred. “Not bad for a sanctuary. You’ve built quite the little empire here.”

Yun Lintian shook his head. “Not an empire. A home.”

As they approached the Tree of Life, Wood Spirit clansmen rushed to greet Yun Lintian, their leaf-like hair rustling with excitement.

“Welcome back, Headmaster,” Iryena said with a smile and turned to look at Qing Yun. “This is…”

She could feel the power of life emanating from this gentle woman.

“Hello. I’m Qing Yun,” Qing Yun said softly, without any air of superiority.

She raised her head to look at the Tree of Life and added, “It’s almost fully matured.”

Iryena smiled proudly. “Yes. We have harvested the Fruit of Immortality for ten cycles now.”

“No wonder you said it wasn’t rare,” Hei Xuan turned to Yun Lintian as he saw many Fruits of Immortality hanging on the tree.

Yun Lintian smiled and said, “In fact, there isn’t much use for them for us here. Now that you are here, Seniors, all of you should take one.”

He waved his hand, and the Fruits of Immortality flew over, landing in the hands of Ping Heng, Qing Yun, Kong Xuan, and Li Qinglan.

The four of them were slightly surprised before taking the fruits.

Immediately, their aging appearances quickly recovered, and their Divine Cores were also reconstructed.

“Amazing,” Ping Heng commented. He was aware of the power of the Fruit of Immortality, but this was the first time he had taken it.

Kong Xuan and Li Qinglan had a similar reaction. They felt that they could definitely cultivate and return to their peak again.

At this moment, Yun Ruanyu came over. She looked at Kong Xuan and the others briefly before turning to Yun Lintian.

“You’re back. Something happened,” she said with a serious expression.

“What’s going on?” Yun Lintian’s expression changed slightly.

“The Void Creatures and Shadow Demons have begun to attack the wall. This time, they are completely determined to break through. Senior Long is currently overseeing the situation,” Yun Ruanyu said.

“Oh?” Yun Lintian raised his brow slightly. “It seems Nian Shi is no longer sitting still.”

He was quite sure that the Nian Shi in the other timeline had reported the situation to the Lord of Chaos, the Nian Shi of this timeline. That was why he was no longer idle.

Hei Xuan and the others were curious, but they didn’t ask anything.

Yun Lintian looked at them and said, “I will briefly explain the situation here to you, Seniors.”

He then began to recount the situation from Fan Shen to the Lord of Chaos.

“This is not good for you,” Kong Xuan was the first to speak. “Clearly, the Nian Shis across the planes have been in contact all along. It will be more difficult for you to leave again. He must have already prepared for your arrival.”

“If I guess correctly,” Ping Heng added, “the Nian Shi in this timeline must have already absorbed a lot of authorities and mastered the power of chaos to a large extent. His strength couldn’t be underestimated.”

“There’s also the Chasm of Uncreation,” Qing Yun said with a frown. “It’s a far bigger threat compared to Nian Shi.”
