Nine Star Hegemon Body Arts

Chapter 6126 Killing Intent

Chapter 6126 Killing Intent

“The sacred daughter has given the order! Long Chen is an ally—we can trust him with everything! If you encounter him, bring him to the rendezvous point!” exclaimed a disciple of the original devil race.

The group that Long Chen had just saved immediately activated their communication tablet to spread the word.

“How’s the situation on the sacred daughter’s side?” asked the second Heavenstage Sovereign Lord elder.

“The sacred daughter only said to trust Long Chen and didn’t give any other directions. I don’t think things are going well,” replied the disciple holding the tablet.

Their souls had a unique structure, allowing them to create special communication tablets that could operate via secret arts even across vast distances.

This was how they managed to split into groups yet remain in constant contact. It also ensured their communications stayed hidden, even from powerful enemies. Without such a system, they would have been in far greater danger.

“But Long Chen is up against two third Heavenstage Sovereign Lords… Can he really hold them off?” the group’s leader muttered, frustration heavy in his voice. “Damn it, we’re not even strong enough to help.”

Now that Long Chen had been confirmed as an ally, this elder could only clench his fists in silent shame.

“Elder Tu Tian, don’t blame yourself. As long as we break through their blockade and reach the devil sealing land, we’ll definitely rise! No one will be able to stop us then!” said one of the Sovereign sprouts, his voice full of conviction.

Tu Tian looked at the young man and sighed inwardly. His words weren’t wrong, but reaching the devil sealing land wasn’t that simple.

After all, the Brahma line had already laid out a massive net to catch them all.

They clearly understood how much the original devil race would sacrifice to reach their holy land.

All they had to do was pass through Sovereign Fall Land to arrive. And so the Brahma line had deployed overwhelming force to block them here—to kill them all before they could even get close.

Hope was right in front of them… but it was like reaching for a mirage. One misstep, and that hope would become eternal despair.

However, Tu Tian kept those thoughts to himself. He couldn’t afford to crush their morale.

Suddenly, explosive sounds rang out through the air, and a terrifying Sovereign pressure descended. Everyone’s faces paled. Another third Heavenstage Sovereign Lord was approaching quickly. In mere moments, they’d be overwhelmed.

Tu Tian’s heart sank. Against such power, they weren’t even fit to struggle.

“Fight!”

The disciples roared and took out their weapons. Although they knew they would be dead soon, they didn’t back down.

However, just as the fearsome aura reached them, they were stunned to realize…

It was Long Chen.

That terrifying aura wasn’t his own, coming from the pair of Kunpeng wings on his back. The oppressive might the wings emanated had caused them to mistake Long Chen for a Sovereign Lord.

“Master Long Chen!”

With the sacred daughter’s command in mind, Tu Tian immediately bowed.

“The sacred daughter has instructed us to bring you to the rendezvous point.”

The members of the original devil race stared at Long Chen in awe. The latter had fought against two third Heavenstage Sovereign Lords and returned without a scratch. This kind of strength defied belief.

Long Chen had managed to catch up with them because he’d secretly left a spiritual marker on them earlier. Without wasting time, he said, “Tell me your plan and everything you know about the current situation—quickly!”

Under normal circumstances, they would have kept their mouths shut. T

After all, this was the original devil race’s most vital secret—their future depended on it. But with the sacred daughter’s orders, they directly told him everything he wanted to know.

The devil sealing land was the original devil race’s holy land—the equivalent of Sovereign Mountain for the violet blood race.

Only by entering the devil sealing land could the original devil race soar again. However, the Brahma line always kept an eye on them.

The moment the original devil race made a move, they were met with a bloodbath. Branded as enemies of the ten thousand races, they were denied even a single step forward.

For countless years, they could only hide in the shadows, biding their time.

Then, when the nine heavens started to recover, and major powers were busy protecting their disciples’ breakthroughs, the original devil race seized the opportunity. Half their population mobilized, advancing toward the devil sealing land from dozens of different directions.

However, the Brahma line had anticipated this. Instead of stopping them early, they waited until the original devil race’s experts got close then launched a full-scale ambush.

With their retreat cut off, the original devil race was forced into a death struggle. Though bloodied, they made it to Sovereign Fall Land, only to discover even more enemies waiting.

Hunted from all sides, they were forced to scatter into three hundred separate groups. Even if only one made it to the devil sealing land, their legacy would endure.

That was their final hope.

The moment Long Chen understood their plan, he reached out. “Give me your communication tablet.”

“What…?”

The one in charge of it was startled. He then looked at Tu Tian, and Tu Tian nodded.

Upon receiving the communication tablet, the Earth Cauldron in Long Chen’s mind-sea flashed. Then, a giant map appeared in Long Chen’s mind.

Over two hundred clumps of light appeared throughout that map. When Long Chen saw it, his expression sank.

Tu Tuan said they had split into three hundred groups. That meant… many of them had died.

Long Chen quickly sensed a familiar aura within one of those lights—that was where Yue Xiaoqian was.

“Senior…”

The sacred runes on the Earth Cauldron lit up, projecting a vision. Yue Xiaoqian’s group was being assaulted by an army of enemies.

Over ten third Heavenstage Sovereign Lords were surrounding her group. Yue Xiaoqian was holding back a flood of heavenly geniuses alone. She was in grave danger.

“Senior, bring me there!” shouted Long Chen.

“It won’t work,” said the Earth Cauldron. “The spatial laws of Sovereign Fall Land are too chaotic. If I force a teleportation, space will collapse—and everyone in that location will die. You have to fly there yourself. At your current speed, it’ll take about an incense stick’s time. Hurry!”

Without hesitation, Long Chen spread his Kunpeng wings.

He tossed the communication tablet back to Tu Tian, and with a single beat of his wings, space twisted, and he vanished.

“Xiaoqian, hold on… I’m coming!”

Long Chen gritted his teeth, killing intent blazing in his eyes.
