For the eastern continent, spatial artifacts are not rare as the most common one is a spatial ring which lots of Immortals use. Since there are no spatial energy related cultivation manuals, the spatial rings are what Immortals use to store their treasures. They might not know this, but spatial rings are actually created by the demons that guarded the eastern continent back then. There are no longer any creators of spatial rings as the demons that did so no longer returned to the eastern continent.

“You are holding such a valuable item, Lord Firefeather. We, the Alliance, will make sure that you are protected so that the valuable item in your hands will not be stolen. We know that you are doing this trade to help the lady overcome her condition.” The leader of the alliance guard stated.

“I want to say that I do not need your help, but we are already one guard short. We will gladly accept the helping hand that the Alliance has extended to us.” Levin Cloud stated with a smile.

As soon as the words ‘unbound teleportation scroll of the legendary tier’ left Levin Cloud’s mouth, all the Immortals that were observing sprung into action. They did not dare attack now as the leader of the alliance guards is present and he is a Nascent Soul stage Immortal. They also see one more guard remaining for the Firefeather nobles and they do not want to risk their lives.

Levin Cloud entered the carriage with the ‘unconcious’ Peridot. The small black dog also came inside of the carriage as it protected the two. The guards only thought that the small dog acted cute as it wanted to protect its masters despite its small size. Kabrakan drank a potion that healed his wounds and followed beside the carriage.

It did not take long for the entirety of Kunlun to learn the special scroll that the Firefeather Clan is selling. The story of how Mu Gou died in trying to procure the item also spread throughout. The chivalrous and loyalty of Guard Kongxu also spread but the unbound teleportation scroll is what made the entire city abuzz.

“You!” Lord Goldenclaw shouted as he threw a teacup towards the assistant branch leader of the eastern merchant guild.

“I did not spread any information about the item, master. It seems that it was the beggar sect that spread the information. It seems that the Sensitive Beggar was located just outside of our guild yesterday. He must have sensed the spatial energy that emanated from the Firefeather nobles.” The assistant branch leader of the eastern merchant guild stated while trembling.

“We no longer have advantage over the information. The other merchants and even Immortals will covet what should be mine! Prepare the carriage as I will go to the merchant guild now!” Lord Goldenclaw exclaimed as the servants suddenly scrambled to prepare the carriage.

“I already told the guild staff to prepare the VIP room for the Firefeather nobles. I also had them escorted with the best guards as well, but it seems that the Alliance is not letting us inside easily.” The assistant branch leader of the eastern merchant guild stated.

“Of course! Even that Alliance leader will covet that unbound teleportation scroll. It is something that can save your life without any repercussion. I want it more now that the greed of the people is swirling and escalating even greater than before!” Lord Goldenclaw or rather the Primordial Beast of Greed stated as his eyes suddenly turned pure yellow.

“My lord, the madam has arrived!” One of the servants announced which made the Primordial Beast of Greed calm down a bit and act like a human.

“My love, what brings you here?” Lord Goldenclaw asked Mistress Goldenclaw opened the doors to the study of her husband.

“I know that you are itching to get that teleportation scroll and I am not here to stop you.” Mistress Goldenclaw stated.

“You are not here to stop me?” Lord Goldenclaw exclaimed in shock as this woman made sure that he returns to mourn for the daughter that he already sacrificed months ago.

“You will get that unbound teleportation scroll for our family so that the tragedy of our daughter will no longer happen again. Our clan… no… our family must have that scroll to ensure our safety.” Mistress Goldenclaw stated as her greed burned brighter than ever.

“If my wife wants it then she shall get it. I will make sure that the scroll lands in our hands and also create a tight partnership with the Firefeather clan in the process.” Lord Goldenclaw stated as he fed on the immense greed of Mistress Goldenclaw.

“The carriage is ready, husband. Go and get the life saving treasure that is ours.” Mistress Goldenclaw stated as she prepared the carriage beforehand.

“The plan worked perfectly.” Adrian replied via the guild chat which made Levin Cloud look at the small black dog before him as he could not believe that the former is now transformed into that.

The battle with Mu Gou did not last long because of Levin Cloud being present. Any use of the undead is practically useless against someone that could purify it in a matter of seconds. All of what is happening now is part of the plan that Adrian concocted when they were trapped inside of the formation.
