Chapter 1983 Chapter 1975: Outer Domination (4)
"They're establishing their defenses!" Mu Yura cried out as she gestured to the sky. She was a little dizzy, but the activity caused her senses to focus to their limits.
In every direction, Globes of Creation soared into the sky with challenging momentum, directing their radiance toward the single dominant Globe of Creation tethered to a much smaller globe. Figures followed as they entered the globes, some globes tethered to each other with a visible link of light, others stayed as an independent globe. The second step of the Declaration Phase was immediately started!
Wei Wuyin saw this united effort, and his expression was rather dismissive, contemplative of other developments. After scouring through Mu Yura's memories, he learned multiple things, excluding her association with a Blessed. Her arrival was recent, but her advancement into an Earthly Saint Alchemist was super recent.
She was what alchemists of the Utmost Purity Galaxy would regard as a pejoratively-termed false Earthly Saint Alchemist. She advanced by relying on a Mystic-Earth grade product that had the absolute bare minimum of mystic qualities, no different than a ninth-grade product. That had gained her entry into an entourage of Blessed to make a conscious effort to establish solid foundations despite her advancement path.
As for her Blessed in question, they were largely irrelevant. They were likely tagging along with the major gathering of Blessed, Empyreans, and Sinners occurring. The Heavenly Daos were trickling down opportunities for lower- tiered Blessed through this method. However, her discovery of an access point to this zone was the most surprising development. Not only was it located in the Neo-Dawn Empire's territory, but Xue Yifei also regulated entry.
He recalled her reporting of an access formation to the Battlefield, and he had never questioned it due to the Blueglow's access point, but this access point was highly irregular due to connecting specifically to this zone that was linked to the Utmost Purity Galaxy. Clearly, there was something that linked the two regions together.
"Honestly," Magus mused with a hum, "the entire Ancient Sealed Regions makes very little sense to me. And that's saying something since we seized control over the Endless Void Mirror."
Magus' words caused Wei Wuyin's eyes to sharpen with rumination. The Ancient Sealed Regions were the internal spatial region of the Endless Void Mirror, no different than a snow globe isolated from everywhere else. The outside seemed vast, yet the spatial borders were defined and formed a cyclic region. Entering the furthest north would have to emerge in the deepest southern area. There was no escape.
"It can. If you think about it a little broader..." Kratos grumbled.
"Explain 'broader'," Magus asked immediately, yet Kratos, as always, dodged with a mumbling growl and refuted the need to explain. "Blah! Always with this!" Magus complained, sending a strand of Enlightened Everlasting Energy into his heart.
Before Magus' existence, Kratos' penchant to say something borderline profound yet unable to explain any of it was something that even Eden couldn't decipher without extensive contemplation, but Magus was a true Mind Dao Spirit of Cultivation, unlike Eden whose cultivation base was aberrant in nature due to the Akashic Energy that originated from the Magi lineage of Creation. Back then, Eden's Spirit of Cultivation had perfect adaptability with Demonic Energy, which can mutate all things, considering their current knowledge of its origins, this made perfect sense, as mutation was simply another form of creation.
"Oh? Oh!" Magus linked to Kratos, seeking out the fundamental intrinsic instincts it had, and upon reliving the experiences and feelings it had when pondering the Ancient Sealed Region, discovered with startling clarity the origin of its statement. "Your thoughts are chaotic as all hell! But I've figured out what you meant. Thankfully.
"What the True Dragon is trying to say is that you need to think about the concept of the 'Void'. Do you think the Endless Void Mirror only sealed the region it was meant to, or could it have, by happenstance, extracted other regions of space and time within the Void? Due to its isolated nature and existing in a region akin to the Void, it might not cause any paradoxical developments!
"What an extraordinary level of thinking! Is this how you perceive things as a True Void Dragon? You guys don't even know, but Kratos has like... five-dimensional depths of thinking. It's insane!" Magus was exceedingly stupefied by Kratos' thought process. As a True Void Dragon, Kratos saw things in regard to time and space, so its inability to properly explain largely had to do with the vast compounding of raw information, similar to the Void itself.
"Like! He's thinking like...almost always three or so seconds beyond our current timeline. That's precognitive thinking! I've never seen anything like that, and it's all funneled into instinctual feelings and emotions on the purest level. It would send his instincts towards things to become outrageously accurate if...wait..." Magus halted its thoughts and hastily pulled back its connection with Kratos. Then, it stopped talking entirely.
Wei Wuyin followed its thought process, but during his Draconic Transformation and Draconic Ascension, he could feel a tiny degree of those precognitive instincts. It was a wondrous power, and it allowed him to avoid dangers within the Void.
Kratos deeply growled in response, causing his heart to beat wildly. Wei Wuyin could feel the smug grin on its Mystic Form even if it was obscured by primordial divine mist. While Magus went silent, Kratos proudly throbbed, Wei Wuyin considered the theory that the Ancient Sealed Region had inadvertently sealed regions of the Void not originally intended. If so, then a few things might make sense.
He would have to investigate later.
Setting that aside, Mu Yura was tense as she watched the Globes of Creation of others brighten with activity. There were not thousands or tens of thousands, but millions of Globes of Creation working in unity against that single, massive globe that hung imperiously in the sky. Witnessing how Wei Wuyin's expression was shifting from thoughtful to intrigued was not helping her heart at all.
She couldn't fathom why she decided to join this suicidal declaration of war. Even though Wei Wuyin defied reason, by far the most talented Alchemist in the Neo-Dawn Empire, the alchemists in this Battlefield of Order were not to be underestimated. Some of them were pure Alchemic Soul Alchemists, and they attained Earthly Saint Alchemist status directly, and even a few demonically talented Commanders who have nearly attained the Worldly Saint Alchemist level!
However, as her heart pounded ferociously, she could only wait for the nine hours to pass. She was on the verge of biting her nails in anxiety.
Meanwhile, Tilly had calmed down. She glanced at the now-unworried expression of Wei Wuyin and felt a little pity for all those alchemists working their damndest. In truth, they were likely under the same incorrect assumption as the Inner Stellar Battlefield. Unfortunately, all the Creation Value would be united, so repeat products of creation, regardless of their form, would yield less Creation Value as a whole.
In fact, it was likely no less dangerous to challenge a thousand zones than to challenge all of them at once. There would be very little difference due to the overwhelmingly limited list of products of creation available to concoct. Since so many were participating, eventually most products would be worthless.
And there were only nine hours.
She glanced at Mu Yura. She was rather gorgeous. Was this the Creationist who decided to throw their lot blindly into an outrageous war against all zones? She was either brave or stupid-perhaps both.
Wei Wuyin eventually introduced Mu Yura as a citizen of his empire, causing Tilly to be stunned. This was a woman of his empire? However, considering he was a Heavenly Saint Alchemist, this made sense. No wonder she was willing to throw it all in! She was keenly aware that Wei Wuyin was undefeatable!
In truth, Mu Yura had done so out of pure impulse and hope. She had joined the Hepta-Dawn Alchemic Corps as an external member, and as such, she cultivated the Neo-Dawn Visualization Method, and her every instinct struck her to challenge! It was also why Wei Wuyin could so easily extract her memories in an instant.
She primed herself by cultivating his Mental Cultivation Method.
"Shall we go inside?" Wei Wuyin asked as he once again created his abode. Since they were going to be here for a few days at least, potentially a few weeks, he could once again fill his days with pleasure. He glanced at Mu Yura's vixen-like figure. He wasn't against her joining...
Nine hours later.
A familiar sight unfolded without much of a change. The effort of 2,999 Zones in the form of varied-sized Globes of Creation tried to defend against the initial charge of Wei Wuyin's globe, only to last no more than seven seconds. Crushed out of existence.
Jaws dropped, scalped tinged, and blood grew cold!
No amount of disbelief and cries of foul play to the Moderators was enough to change the situation. What was left behind was a daunting Creation Value!
[Grade]: Dao.
[Creation Value]: 4,988,003.
And as expected, while thoughts of hopelessness were born, the will to resist and overcome permeated the zones as they united in coordinated effort to survive. They had no other choice. During the Skirmish Phase, they pushed forth even greater levels of planning and skill.
Meanwhile, the abode that held the two challengers was periodically seen to have a single figure soar out into the largest Globe of Creation during the nine days. Then, they would leave only after a few hours.
The most egregiously devastating sight was the Globe of Creation shrinking a little, growing their hopes, only to balloon to a greater size than before. It was as if all their efforts were being wiped away!
At the end of the nine days, despair was everywhere.
[Grade]: Dao.
[Creation Value]: 7,777,777.
"Ha! I got the formula down," Wei Wuyin proudly grinned at his deliberate final score.
The Outer Stellar Battlefield of Order was conquered all the same, completely dominated in every way!
