The Primordial Spirit’s awakening was supposed to start ten years after they entered the primordial chamber, but it began in the seventh year with Elsa. Now, ten years since they entered, five had already awakened their Primordial spirits.

Lilian walked out, radiating both Ice and Fire Qi. Her aura was in sync, and as someone who has both Fire and Ice affinity, being able to release both Qis at the same time showed she had taken a massive leap in her cultivation.

However, on the fire side of her elemental space, there was lava almost everywhere—lava rivers, lava beasts, lava mountains.

Basically, everything in there was of flame essence. And the best part: there was a castle that stood between the ice and fire domains, making it half ice and half fire.

Lilian gained the ability to harmonize her fire and ice, enabling her to harness both simultaneously and combine them for powerful attacks.

However, before her Tier 17 Primordial Spirit regressed to Tier 1, she helped Lilian form the foundation for a technique they worked on during the 10,000 years spent inside the Primordial chamber, despite only ten years passing inside the tower.

It was a technique that, even at its basic stage, was terrifying. They called it Elemental Queen Lotus. So far, what she had managed to achieve was just the bud of the lotus, but that alone showed the terrifying nature of the technique.

After spending four months to achieve that, she joined her sisters on the stairs. She didn’t want to spend too much time on something she had little understanding of yet.

After she reached the level she wanted to be at on the Golden Titan Stairway, she would work more on it. After all, she had nothing but time on her side.

The next to emerge from the Primordial Chamber was Camilla, she who walked out with a calm wind surrounding her, one that indicated she had awakened a type of wind element.

Of course, this was matched by her Primordial Space, which, just like her True Name, was called the Dawn Space.

As its name suggests, the space was always at dawn or resembled dawn, making her feel strong whenever she was there. And as someone immortal at dawn, one could already imagine how monstrous she had become.

Her Primordial Spirit, which resided in the Dawn Space, was always at peak strength, and this applied to Camilla, the owner of that space.

Inside her Dawn Space, the Moon was always full, indicating that she, like Selene and Val, also had a moon affinity.

The best part was that her Pegasus was also inside her Dawn Space and had already reached the Peak of the Core Formation stage, just like her master.

Aside from that, one of the spirits inside the Spear of Dawn had awakened, making the spear much stronger.

Three warriors had wielded the ‘Spear of Dawn’ before Camilla.

Of course, the question was whether they were her incarnations, but the first to awaken was Lynn, the last to wield the spear before Camilla.

This awakening unlocked part of the spear’s previously locked powers. This meant that the moment Serelya and Elyndra awakened, the true might of the spear would be unleashed.

Camilla also brought out her Pegasus to climb the stairs since Ingrid’s Void Beast was doing the same and had even reached the 700th step. The best part was that her Pegasus could, to some extent, assume a demi-human form.

However, it would take some time for her to assume a perfect human form, like most Beastkins. However, it was not necessary, considering that aside from being Camilla’s mount in battle, she would spend most of her time fighting alongside her.

Being in her Beast form was perfect for said tasks.

Once everything was in order, Camilla joined her sisters on the stairs as they waited for the arrival of the rest of her sisters.

Zaila had reached the 1000th step, yet she still hadn’t attained Nirvana. However, it wasn’t as if she was seeking that.

Her focus now was to break more limits on her body, and reaching the 1000th step had broken yet another limit on her mind and body, making it four so far.

Climbing from the 900th step was a challenging endeavor. The pressure weighed not only on her body but also on her mind, and while it had nothing to do with Mind cultivation, Zaila couldn’t help but sometimes think of giving up.

Most of the time, she spent weeks on a single step, fighting against the pressure and slowly adapting to it. It was a crazy climb, and now that she had seen the rewards, she decided to rest.

However, when she drifted into her Mind Space, she got the shock of her life. This prompted her to give a rather important heads-up to her sisters.

“We shouldn’t give up, sisters. The pressure doesn’t just challenge us; it also helps our Primordial Spirits grow faster.” Just like that, the secret to helping their Primordial Spirits improve faster had been discovered.

Three years ago, Zaila’s Primordial Spirit was at Tier 6, but now she had reached Tier 8, and it had only been three years. That showed just how much they were benefiting from the pressure on the steps as they climbed.

Under normal circumstances, her Primordial Spirit should have risen to at least Tier 7, as the Ancient Path to godhood isn’t as easy as regular cultivation. It takes time and considerable effort to cultivate.
