"I don’t know why you woke me up this early." Xu Feng twitched his mouth when he learned the meeting was taking place in the very hotel they were staying at.

"Shh, these people were nearby, so we decided on this area impromptu," Carmen explained.

"They just arrived at Avalon City under my request, so make sure you don’t mess it up."

"Under your request?" He raised an eyebrow. This was new information. He thought these people invited them because they took an interest in their potential and acting skills.

But based on this choice of words, it appeared that they came because of Carmen.

Meanwhile, Carmen realized she had made a slip of the tongue.

’Crap, I’ve got too distracted from the kiss earlier.’ She was still reminiscing about their previous kiss, causing her to be momentarily distracted.

"Ignore these two, Carmen." The woman chimed in and gestured for Carmen to take a seat. At the same time, her gaze was hovering over the man beside Carmen.

"This must be Actor Xu Feng... but why do I feel like the two of you have something special?"

Despite sounding as if she were a prophet, the truth was that she could see Carmen’s lips were somewhat smeared.
