Noticing the weird expression she was giving him, Alaric quickly pulled his eyes from her breast and faked a cough. “We can’t have you looking like that in front of my father.”
He removed his outer coat and draped it over her body. “Wear this for now. I will find you better clothes later.”
Nivis had a disgusted look, but she still complied. “Fine.”
Alaric looked troubled. This centauress might be strong, but she lacked the common sense of a human. He was afraid that she might remove the coat and streak naked in front of the troops.
Just thinking about it made his head hurt.
“Nivis, don’t remove this coat. Never expose your naked body to anyone. If you do, other people would think of you as a lunatic.” He reminded her with a stern look.
Nivis looked annoyed at his constant nagging. She waved her hand and muttered in a displeased voice. “I know. I know.”
Alaric could only sigh in resignation.

Lucas frowned.
