System's POV

Chapter 1013 - 1013: The Person That Would Make Her Life Complete

“Can you stop screaming like a girl, and actually find someone who can reattach your arms?” Thirteen said as he glanced at Zepharion, who knelt on the ground while screaming as if he were trying to summon the blood gods with his voice alone.

As Princess Aracelle used her powers to heal Thirteen’s broken hand, she couldn’t help but wish she could kick the screaming prince to the Antares Continent.

Unfortunately, she couldn’t do that, as it would only make things more complicated than they already were.

Prince Valen was already shocked that his sister had prioritized healing Zion over Prince Zepharion, who was actually their ally.

Perhaps due to almost all the High-Ranking Jinns around them being seriously injured, no one paid too much attention to Princess Aracelle.

Freed from the pressure of the Jinns, Tristan, Douglas, and Hans stood around Zion, ready to fight the Jinns if they were to harm him once more.

Little did they know that all the Jinns present in the scene no longer had the guts to harm Zion, especially after that beam that shot from the sky.

Ninety percent of their forces had been injured, and they would be fools if they still didn’t know who was responsible for making them suffer.

Douglas glanced at the Majin Princess and wondered why she was healing Zion instead of her other comrades.

Tristan and Hans, on the other hand, weren’t too surprised by this action. After all, Princess Aracelle had been with Zion in Casimir City for a time.

They believed that the two might have become good friends during their short time together.

If they only knew that the relationship between the two was already more than friends, they would probably give the teenage boy a pat on the back for getting himself a beauty that could bring the downfall of a nation.

“Your right hand is already healed, but it will be best if you don’t strain it for a day or two,” Princess Aracelle said before reaching out to hold Zion’s left hand, which was also injured by Prince Zepharion.

She used her divine magic to heal him once more, this time taking extra care to do it properly, extending the session just a little longer so she could keep holding Zion’s hand.

Prince Zorren, who was watching this scene, couldn’t help but facepalm.

‘Girl, can you not look at the Master like a lady in love as you hold his hand?’ Prince Zorren thought. ‘You’re just making trouble for him!’

Unfortunately, Princess Aracelle’s common sense had stopped working the moment she saw that her lover was hurt, prioritizing his safety over others.

Princess Laventia and the other succubi had also used their healing arts to heal the injuries of their allies.

The healers of the Garuda Empire worked together to reattach the arm of their prince and make sure that he wouldn’t suffer a lasting injury.

A few minutes later, Princess Aracelle pulled Zion towards her brother with a determined look on her face.

“Brother, our guest seems to still be shaken by what happened earlier,” Princess Aracelle said. “Can I take him to our quarters, so he can rest until everyone is ready to resume the peace talks?”

The corner of Prince Valen’s lips twitched, not knowing if the peace talks would still push through after Zion had injured the high-ranking Jinns in the city.

Still, seeing that something might be going on with his sister and the teenage boy, he decided to give his approval.

Princess Aracelle didn’t waste any more time and took away from the plaza so the young man could rest.

Naturally, Tristan, Douglas, and Hans followed them. They couldn’t possibly allow Zion to remain unprotected in the Jinn territory.

When the Wanderers were finally out of sight, Prince Valen and General Varrak exchanged a glance with each other.

They had just watched from the side as Prince Zepharion tried to bully Zion. Both of them agreed that making the Wanderers understand that they were helpless against them was a good move to intimidate them.

Unfortunately, it wasn’t a good move.

It was a very bad move, and they were now paying for their actions.

“I told all of you not to underestimate Zion Leventis,” Prince Xylen said in disdain. “Look at what happened? You embarrassed us in front of those humans.”

Prince Xylen glared at Prince Zepharion, but deep inside, he was gloating at the prince’s misfortune.

Thirteen had treated him well, and even gave him some cool tools to make himself look cooler as Masked Rider Beetle.

The teenage boy also gave him some sound advice, which raised his influence among his own people.

Even General Xelnaav found the prince’s change in attitude to his liking. Of course, he wasn’t aware that Prince Xylen and Zion were friends behind the scenes.

A few minutes later…

The moment Princess Aracelle closed the door of her room, she immediately went to hug Zion and kissed his lips.

Tristan, Douglas, and Hans were all in the living room, waiting for Zion to finish his “treatment”.

The teenage boy had assured the three that Princess Aracelle wouldn’t hurt him. He added that he needed to have a private chat with her and ask for her help to smooth the situation they were in.

Thinking that the Jinns might attack Zion again, the three agreed. They also believed that the Princess had some kind of authority over their own faction.

“Don’t leave marks on places that can be seen,” Thirteen said because Princess Aracelle liked to nibble his neck and put kiss marks on it to annoy Shana, who was also very possessive of him.

“Don’t worry, I know,” Princess Aracelle replied as she hugged Zion tightly. “But I wish I could have stopped that bastard Zepharion right away. You didn’t scream or cry out in pain earlier, but I’m sure it hurt a lot.”

“It did.” Thirteen nodded. “But compared to the pain that I’ve been through in the past, this is nothing.”

Princess Aracelle then pulled Zion to the bed, where they sat together.

“There’s something that I need to tell you, Aracelle,” Thirteen said in a serious tone. “You are in danger.”

“What kind of danger am I in?” Princess Aracelle asked.

“The Azothralls can breed, but they choose ladies who possess holy and divine powers to increase their numbers,” Thirteen replied. “If they sense your divine power, they might attempt to kidnap you.”

Princess Aracelle frowned after hearing her lover’s explanation.

But a moment later, a smile appeared on her face as she whispered something in Zion’s ear.

“How about you make me pregnant?” Princess Aracelle asked. “If I’m already pregnant, they can’t make me pregnant again, right?”

“… Can you take this more seriously?” Thirteen looked at the beautiful princess whose IQ seemed to have decreased drastically after she gave her lover a kiss.

“I’m serious, you know?” Princess Aracelle smiled. “If you want me to be safe, wouldn’t giving me a baby be the best course of action?”

“You’re really like Shana.” Thirteen sighed. “She said the same thing before I left for this meeting.”

Princess Aracelle pouted. Her recent pet peeve was to be compared to the Saintess of the Hero Party.

Thirteen was really worried about his two lovers, who were both very smart ladies.

Unfortunately, both of them would lose their intelligence whenever they were together with him in private.

“Let’s talk about the leaders of the Jinns for now,” Thirteen stated. “After my demonstration, do you think that they will be eager for a temporary alliance or not?”

“Zion, always remember this,” Princess Aracelle cupped her lover’s face. “The Jinns always respect the strong. We might not always get along, and we can hate each other to the bone, but strength is the language of our race.

“What you have shown them today will be deeply rooted inside their hearts and minds. This is especially true for Prince Zepharion. I doubt that he will try to mess with you again. But I didn’t know that you were capable of doing something like that. You really are amazing, Zion.”

Princess Aracelle looked at him with pride and was very tempted to tell her brother that Zion was actually her secret lover.

“If this alliance pulls through, I want you to always be around the Jinn Armies,” Thirteen said as he held the princess’ gaze. “I know you cannot escape the Cygni Continent, but you need to ensure your safety.”

“You really care about me, huh?” the smile on Princess Aracelle’s face widened after seeing how worried Zion was for her safety. “Don’t worry. I’ll stick with the main army. Those Azothralls will need to think twice before trying to kidnap me.”

“I hope you’re right,” Thirteen commented. “Just remember, you cannot use the ring of the Apocalypse to escape. It doesn’t work that way. You can only safely go to the Domain of the Apocalypse when there are no hostile creatures around you.”

Thirteen then lifted Princess Aracelle’s hand and slid a ring on her finger.

“This is the same ring I gave Erica, Sherry, Shana, and Tiona,” Thirteen explained. “With this, I will know when you are in danger, and I can also send my monster army to your rescue.”

The Princess’ gaze softened. If she were being honest, she had long been very envious of the rings that Zion had given his lovers.

Now that she also possessed a ring of her own, she understood that Zion had truly recognized her as one of his women.

“Let’s go back to the living room,” Zion proposed. “If we stay too long, my comrades might get jealous.”

“Five minutes,” Princess Aracelle said before giving Thirteen’s lips a quick peck. “Just five more minutes.”

“Fine,” Thirteen replied.

The princess smiled sweetly and gave her lover a long and very passionate kiss, pouring out her feelings of love towards the teenage boy, who was making her feel that she had finally found the person who would make her life complete.
