Chapter 1236: I’ll Break Her [Part 1]

Inside the privacy of Thirteen’s room, Tiona slept peacefully while cuddling with Thirteen.

When she got back from her mission, exhausted, Thirteen asked what she wanted for a reward. That said, her answer was that she wanted to cuddle with the young man.

So, she sat on his lap, hugged him, and rested her head on his shoulder. Thirteen held her tightly and lightly patted her back, telling her that she had done a good job.

Perhaps feeling loved and at peace, the exhaustion she felt finally took hold of her. In less than a minute of cuddling with her Master, the young lady had fallen asleep in his arms and slept without a care in the world.

“She looks really tired,” Sherry said. “Should we take her to bed so she can rest properly?”

“In a while,” Thirteen replied. “I want to hold her a little longer. She worked very hard this time.”

He then planted a kiss on Tiona’s head and held her tighter.

Sherry decided to let the two of them share some intimate moments together, so she left the room to explore the castle.

Kamrusepa had assigned two maids to take care of Sherry. Since the young lady shared Thirteen’s room, they were stationed right outside of it.

As soon as they saw her leave the room, they asked where she wanted to go without missing a beat.

“I want to see more of the castle. Is that possible?” Sherry asked.

“Of course, My Lady,” one of the maids replied. “Shall we give you a tour, or is there any place you wish to go?”

“I want to go to the highest place in this castle,” Sherry answered. “A place where I can view the city at its finest.”

The maid bowed and asked Sherry to follow behind her.

She knew just where to take her, and it was none other than one of the viewing towers Kamrusepa usually visited whenever she needed time to think.

But when they arrived at their destination, they quickly realized that the balcony of the tower held more people, who were also enjoying the scenery.

’It’s them,’ Sherry thought as she gazed at the three ladies covering their faces with veils.

“Well met, Ms. Sherry,” Misha greeted the young lady, whom she believed was Zion’s lover.

“Good afternoon,” Sherry replied before shifting her gaze toward the city in the distance.

For some reason, Misha’s gaze made her feel uncomfortable, so she didn’t want to stare at her for a long time.

“I’ve heard that you and Zion Leventis are lovers. Is that true?” Misha asked as she moved closer to Sherry.

“Yes,” Sherry replied, not bothering to look in Misha’s direction.

Suddenly, she smelled a fragrance reminiscent of lavender. It was not too overpowering and smelled good enough for her to appreciate it.

Sherry thought that maybe Misha was wearing some kind of perfume, which was why she only smelled it when the representative of the Venom Heart Cabal moved closer to her.

“I want us to know more about you, Ms. Sherry,” Misha said, her voice as smooth as silk, making Sherry feel as if someone was caressing her mind directly through words.

A soft sigh escaped Sherry’s lips as her face relaxed, lowering the guard that she had raised the moment she saw Misha and her two entourage.

“May I know your full name?” Misha inquired.

“Sherry Weaver,” Sherry replied normally, as if she and Misha had been friends for a very long time.

“Did you come from Cygni?” Misha asked.

“I was born in Cygni,” Sherry answered.

“Do you think that Zion Leventis loves you?”

“I do.”

“You answer without hesitation. Are you sure that he loves you?”

“Yes.” Tʜe sourc of ths content s novelFre.net

Misha smiled faintly, releasing more of the fragrance that was slowly loosening Sherry’s lips and mind, making the young lady answer her questions truthfully.

The maid that Kamrusepa had assigned to Sherry didn’t notice anything strange and simply stood several steps behind the young lady, who was talking to their other guest in the palace.

“Since you are his lover, and he loves you very much, can you tell me more about him?” Misha decided to ask more questions, wanting to know more about the teenage boy who refused to talk to her.

“Zion is very smart for his age,” Sherry answered. “Many people depend on him, including me. The Monarchs, as well as the Central Government, treat him in high regard, and everyone listens to him.”

“Is he really that important?” Misha arched an eyebrow. “I know that the Central Government is the organization that manages the unaffiliated Wanderers in Pangea. Do they really listen to Zion and treat him with high regard?”

“Yes.” Sherry nodded. “Zion is the Supreme Commander of the Alliance. With a single order, the Wanderers would rally to his side.”

Misha exchanged glances with the two ladies beside her, and all three of them failed to hide the look of surprise in their eyes.

They thought that Zion Leventis was just being arrogant because he was accompanied by a being whom they presumed to be a Majin King.

But after hearing Sherry’s statement, they finally understood just how important the teenage boy was in Pangea.

“Then, does he have a weakness?” Misha asked the question she believed was the most important question of all.

Sherry didn’t answer right away. Instead, she frowned as if she was starting to realize that something was wrong.

“Ugh…” Sherry held her head, as if to shake off the haze that was clouding her reasoning.

Misha released more of the lavender scent, which made the young lady’s face slacken a bit as her mind once again lost its ability to realize what was happening to her.

“Yes, he has a weakness,” Sherry answered with great difficulty.

A faint blush crept on the side of her face, making her look like an adorable, innocent angel who’d never been touched by corruption.

“And that weakness is?” Misha pressed, wanting to know Zion’s weakness.

“It’s… bre*st,” Sherry replied.

“… Excuse me?” Misha blinked in confusion.

“That is Zion’s weakness,” Sherry answered.

“Huh?!” The blue-eyed lady gasped in disbelief, not expecting this answer. “What do you mean by that?”

This time, the maid who was watching over Sherry felt that something wasn’t right, so she hurriedly pulled the young lady away, placing her behind her back.

If something happened to the young lady, the one who would be punished would be her.

So she decided to take her back to her room as soon as possible, separating the young lady under her care from the ladies of the Venom Heart Cabal, who looked like they had no intention of letting Sherry go anywhere.
