Chapter 1577: You Have Grown
Chapter 1577: You Have Grown
He was going through so much trouble to create a place to hold a sliver of the consciousness of a Primordial for a short while, but Rowan was not displeased. Instead, it indicated to him the severity of the enemies he was about to challenge.
At first, Rowan wanted to hold the meeting at the Inheritance Ground of Chaos, where a literal throne of this Primordial was waiting, but that would have left a lot of power in the Primordial’s hands, and he did not understand all the hidden mysteries of that realm to place himself before a vulnerable position like that.
Rowan could risk walking on other Primordial Realms with his physical body because they were still in slumber, but the Inheritance Ground of Chaos was a no-go area for him.
Also, Rowan wanted to display a degree of competency that should allow a Primordial to address him in a manner that befits his present abilities. Even if their alliance were a farce, no Primordial would deem him worthy of their attention if he was not able to create a meeting ground where they could meet up.
Rowan created this dimension in the Nothingness, using the fragments of a shattered dimension that was roving around in this place as a base. Before long, under the hands of a million Angels, a realm with a single enormous red moon above appeared seemingly out of nothing.
This red moon was significant because it was under the light of a similar red moon that he acquired the blood of Primordial Chaos. Rowan was not aware of how much this Primordial knew about him before this moment. Still, he knew that it was at this time that he had unknowingly brought the influence of this Primordial into his being. If not for the aid of the Primordial Record, Rowan would be firmly tied under the power of Primordial Chaos.
In this realm, there was only a single structure. It resembled a coliseum but was extremely large, which meant it stretched across light years; an immortal would look at it and believe they were looking at an entire galaxy.
Inside this coliseum were the statues of Angels and Demons, the number of which was in the billions. The breath of Creation was in these statues, meaning they could be animated at any moment.
These statues have a unique history because they were made from the bodies and flames of the million angels who built this dimension, the lowest among them being an Archangel. It could not be helped; a dimension that could hold a Throne of a Primordial could not be built out of any random material, and Rowan had to sacrifice so many of his children to make it happen.
This would also serve as a statement of his resolve. No other Primordial understood the love Rowan had for his children quite like Primordial Chaos, and when he sees the lengths Rowan was willing to go to to achieve his goals, he understands that some moves against him would be futile.
In the center of the coliseum was a single throne made from green wood and red flames, which was empty at this moment.
Everything was set in place; the only thing left was the final ingredient: Primordial Essence.
It was the most critical piece needed to build this dimension, and as it turned out, it was the material that Rowan had a lot of in hand. Everything up to this moment could be seen as the creation of a mold to hold a Primordial Being, and Primordial Essence would become the Essence of the realm.
He had the knowledge but not the power, and for now, this Essence taken from outside of Reality would have to do. In time, Rowan envisioned that his Ether and Essence would become powerful enough to rival Primordial Essence, but before then, this would serve.
Rowan opened the floodgates by channeling a thousand streams of Primordial Essence into this dimension, and he did not hold back, releasing a hundred percent of the Essence flooding into him from outside Reality into this dimension.
It did not take long for the transformation to happen, as the realm was flooded with so much Primordial Essence that its core began to transform. Initially, this dimension was the size of an average universe. Rowan could have made it bigger, but that would not be very sensible and would only cost him more Angelic bodies to complete.
With the proliferation of Primordial Aether in this dimension, it explosively expanded. Although its outer shell did not inflate, internally, it was a different matter, as a space that began to possess the structure of a greater dimensional realm than Rowan had first intended began to take shape.
It was a fascinating process to watch and experience. Rowan observed the evolution of so many laws and dimensions, further solidifying the insight he had gained from visiting Limbo and seeing the nature of a ninth-dimensional realm.
Time became meaningless as the evolution of this realm took a single second and a billion years in the same period, and when it was over. The billion statues of Angels and Demons had become titans millions of feet tall; they all surrounded the lone throne of wood and flame on one knee as they waited in silence; the power emerging from their bodies could not be described as they were fused with this dimension, giving them the higher dimensional properties of this realm.
There was silence for a long time, and suddenly, there was a change as two massive white suns appeared beside the red moon.
Two pieces of the First Flame snatched from the Oracle had arrived.
The consciousness inside the flames could barely survive a few moments before the weight of this space crushed it into nothing.
The Primordial Beast had not fostered the consciousness of the First Flames and did not allow it to grow to its full potential. It was snuffed out in mere moments, leaving its primal version above that began to feed on the luxurious Primordial Essence that was available here and grow larger and more stable.
Rowan discovered something amazing at this time from these flames that pleased him greatly. He noticed that when the flames drew in the Primordial Essence, they began to expel the impurities that were contained within it and only utilized the purest portions of this energy.
He had not been able to use this profound energy source because Rowan did not want these unknown impurities to stain his consciousness. Still, if these Flames were able to expel the impurities from Primordial Essence, he might have a new power source to utilize.
There was no more time to think about these new developments when he felt a warning from the realm, and then Primordial Chaos was here with him.
At first, a throne made from gray stone and red congealed blood appeared. It appeared opposite the throne of wood and fire, and both thrones were empty for a while before a shimmering haze began to coalesce around them.
When this haze vanished, Rowan was sitting on his throne, and before him was Primordial Chaos, who was observing Rowan with a profound glow in his eyes. He looked around him, and then he smiled.
“Ah, you have grown.”
