The Primordial Record

Chapter 1881: Cleansing Reality (1)

Chapter 1881: Cleansing Reality (1)

The growth of Eos from a baby to a youth caused many changes across his body, and they were all reflected in the bodies of his bloodline avatars. Where they had once looked like children, now they had transitioned into young adults.

Serthis had grown up to be beautiful, and her resemblance to Elura was evident in the shape of her eyes and her demeanor, which bore a resemblance to a fairy from forgotten tales. Prime was a handsome man wearing an impeccable three-piece suit, and the serpents’ golden bodies were now more muted, almost resembling flesh, but they wore heavy scale armor, and each of them had different weapons attached to their waists.

Their voices had changed, and in their eyes was the weight of knowledge, but they still carried a hint of their childish nature within them. Eos had protected them, some might say, from seeing much of the evils of existence when they detected this childishness in the hearts of these avatars, but they were wrong.

It was only in the presence of Eos that they felt comfortable taking off the mantle of supremacy they all had so that they would be children again. A part of them understood that Eos needed something soft and caring sometimes, and they were willing to provide for him.

These acts were not duplicitous; it was simply the actions of children who loved their creator.

During Eos’s ascent to an Apex Omniversal Titan, among the many experiments and techniques he created to isolate himself from the Primordials’ gaze was a technique to create a unique space and time that was entirely different from the time and space available in Reality and all of existence.

With this technique, Eos was able to create a fully independent space; however, it was incredibly costly in terms of his energy stores. However, his growth as a Reality came with benefits. Previously, he had been in the form of an infant, and even providing Telmus, his first Primordial, with energy had strained his own energy regeneration; however, now that he was becoming an adult, Eos’ energy stores had multiplied.

His energy stores had not evolved; his essence and Ether remained the same, but they had been compressed further. Eos calculated that his essence had become three times denser, and his Ether was four times more potent. He was still growing.

If his energy stores continued to improve as he grew up, then even without evolving, it would not be long before they transformed into something new. Eos could already feel the slight changes that occurred inside his body before a significant transformation took place.

All of these changes meant that Eos could now extend a field of time and space that was entirely his own to encircle the entirety of Eosah’s Reality.

The Incarnations of his bloodline standing on his hands that encircled Eosah’s Reality trembled when they felt the surge of power growing inside Eos’s enclosed hands, and they flew up, rapidly crossing time and space until they stood on his left shoulder.

Serathis turned around to look at Eos’s face, her eyes traveling from the arc of his shoulders that extended like heavenly arches stretching for distances that boggled the mind, even for someone of her status, before she turned towards his closed grip, where a purple and red light was beginning to bloom. However, this was just on the surface; countless unknown colors lay within those lights that only Eos could recognize, although she could reach into

Her wide eyes reflected the light of the spell that her creator was conjuring as a mad grin transformed her face. By the side, Prime shivered when he saw the look in her eyes, knowing that what came next would not be pretty.

Eos had suffered a great defeat not too long ago, and although no one else was aware of it, his bloodline avatars had watched it all happen. In their small ways, they had tried to console Eos, who believed he had failed and doomed all of existence, but they could not.

This event had particularly affected Serathis. Her powers to shift causality to favor Eos had nearly been burned out. For a moment, Prime thought she would perish after she poured all her luck into ensuring that Eos had survived the encounter with the Primordials.

In fact, she had died multiple times, and if not for his presence and those of the Ouroboros Serpents, who brought her back again and again, she proceeded to pour more of her luck into Eos without trying to hold back at all. It was a good thing that Eos had finally stopped her.

Serathis continued smiling, but her heart had grown cold. The reason they had emerged from Eos’s body today was due to a request she had sent to him, imploring Eos to give his bloodline avatars the chance to cleanse Reality in his name, and Eos had accepted.

The light surrounding Eos’ hand kept expanding, and deep within the lights were countless runes of such complexity that a single rune would be sturdied for an eternity by lower-dimensional immortals with no headway.

With a sudden crack that rippled the space of Limbo surrounding Eos, the light retracted, and Rowan opened his hand. Eosah’s Reality was now enclosed in a structure that resembled a purple tesseract.

This structure was ten times bigger than Eosah’s Reality, and it had cut off this Reality from every outside influence, be it Primordials or anyone else with stakes inside this Realm. Even Eos could no longer sense his Incarnation Rowan inside it, and he would have thought all of his Incarnations had been destroyed if not for the space in his consciousness that was peculiarly empty.

With the purple tesseract in his left hand, he gestured towards it with his right hand as he spoke to his bloodline avatars, “You have a century to rid this Reality of every influence of the Primordials, and join my Incarnation Rowan as he reshapes the power structure of the entire realm into my image.” he paused and focused on the serpents, “Harvest what is left of your brethen inside Reality, and ensure that the foundations of your previous self is complete, my final evolution depends on it. Go, and bring me victory.”
