The Strongest War God

Chapter 1970 Northern Main Hall

Chapter 1970: Northern Main Hall Chapter 1970: Northern Main Hall Editor: EndlessFantasy Translation “Master!” Bedirhan Leitner and the other three bowed deeply.

“The original body has decreed that we enter the altar at all costs.

There is a great opportunity within!” The first crippled figure looked at the five of them and reminded them.

The five were stunned.

Master had such foresight.

If even he believed there was a great opportunity inside the altar, then surely there was a terrifying inheritance awaiting them.

And the fact that he explicitly said to enter at all costs was a clear warning to Loki Foreman and the others.

Use forbidden techniques!

For example, the Nine Wheels Crossing the Sky, tearing through the nine realms to fight their way inside.

“Bedirhan, are the medicines ready?” Loki asked firmly.

“They’re already prepared!” Bedirhan and the others had readied the Nine Revolutions Immortal Pills, obtained from the Immortal Burial Ground.  Consuming one could heal any injury, no matter how severe.

They were prepared for when they used the forbidden techniques.

At that moment, all five of them unleashed terrifying auras.

“Three Lives Daoism Art, Nine Suns in the Sky!” Loki muttered in a low voice as he stepped into the first arena.

Boom!

There were thirteen types of forbidden techniques—nine minor ones, three major ones, and the final death forbidden technique.  Loki knew them all, but he would only use them in life-and-death situations.

But now, there was no time to hesitate!

Nine Wheels Crossing the Sky!

His body transformed into nine suns, which formed a barrier and hovered in the air.

Lokie crossed the nine levels of transcendences, nearing the final stage.  He swept across the eight battle platforms and ascended the altar.  His body was also crippled, but after taking a golden pill, the medicinal effects restored his form.

Bedirhan and the others shone with brilliance, astonishing many geniuses on the Path to Heaven.

The first crippled figure stood with his hands behind his back.

“I’ve ordered the sons of the Northern Army to ascend the altar at all costs!” His words were like a military command.

Luther Carden’s eyes glinted as he stepped forward.  His white robes fluttered, as pristine as snow, releasing a terrifying aura.

Disregarding any cost, he activated a forbidden technique to climb the altar!

Braydon had given the order—they must have encountered trouble.

In an instant, Lazlo Abbot roared like a tiger, his killing intent shaking the surroundings.

Colton Jansky, hands in his pockets, soared into the sky, bypassing the steps entirely and flying straight up.

All of them had forbidden techniques.

They had once been given the chance to choose from the Myriad Lifetime Techniques.  One by one, they studied them in silence.

Then, 3,000 imperial guards of the Northern Army appeared!

Each released their overwhelming auras, storming the eight battle platforms and climbing the altar.

Meanwhile, in the ruins of the Heavenly Court, Braydon left the southern hall and turned to gaze at the broken hall.  Raising his hand, he left behind a marker.

The Northern Army Royal Flag!

The black Qilin banner flapped in the wind, symbolizing Braydon’s presence.

When the disciples of the Northern Army saw this, they would know he had been there.

Braydon didn’t take the level ten transcendence inheritance.  He left it for his younger brothers.

When he reached the peak in the future, he didn’t want to stand alone.  He wanted the entire Northern Army with him, never to be vanquished!

In the southern hall, the level ten legacy had been activated.

Loki had already entered and sensed Braydon’s location, hurrying over.

“Beware of the astral winds here,” Braydon warned, pointing to the southern hall.

“This hall contains the inheritance of a tenth level transcendent.

You can try to claim it, but whether you succeed or not, leave before the end of the Path to Heaven.” “Understood!” Loki remained obedient, though the thought of inheriting the power of a tenth level transcendent still shocked them.

What kind of place was this?

A tenth level transcendent had fallen here.

Braydon flew northward, higher into the sky.

Each of the four halls had a level ten creature guarding it.

This was the ancient Heavenly Court.

Gadin Jennings had created the Heavenly Court, with four level ten transcendents under him and hundreds of thousands of transcendents in the Heavenly Court.

It was terrifying back then.

But now, all had vanished into nothingness.

Braydon arrived at the northern hall.

An oppressive aura engulfed the surrounding 10,000 miles.

Its source lay within the northern hall.

It was a sword hall that had decayed over the years.  The building was crumbling, and a man in green robes stood atop it, gazing at the endless void.  Three longswords floated behind him.

It was as if time and space had frozen, and he was still alive.

His body radiated an innate pressure that hadn’t faded despite years of death.

He hadn’t closed his eyes, gazing upward, as though searching for something in life.

A bloody hole between his eyebrows revealed his cause of death—a terrifying strike had pierced his soul, destroying him.

He had perished here.

Braydon gripped an ancient greenish-bronze sword, once wielded by the level ten transcendent from the eastern hall.  Though the artifact’s soul had been destroyed, its lingering power was enough to resist the pressure emanating from the green-robed figure.

Sword in hand, Braydon advanced, step by step.

It took him two hours to reach the northern hall.

Just as he entered the palace— “You’re here!” An indifferent voice echoed in his mind.

“Hmm?” Braydon was stunned.

Could it be that the transcendent from this hall was still alive?

If so, that would spell trouble.

Even if this ancient being had just a breath of life left, they could easily crush Braydon.

The first seven levels of the northern hall were intact, but beyond that, the seventh and higher had been severed.

The green-robed man stood on the seventh floor, hands clasped behind his back.

As Braydon hesitated, he sensed a disturbance behind him.  The sandstorm had returned, surging from afar.

The storm erupted again!

The sky darkened as the transcendent bodies were caught up in the storm, twisting like ghosts in the night.

Braydon had no choice but to enter the northern hall.

If they didn’t, they would die in the sandstorm.

Their path of retreat had been cut off.

Braydon’s eyes sharpened as he pushed open the door to the northern hall.

Swoosh!

A gust of wind rushed at him.

There was someone alive?

Braydon dodged, and a white figure slammed the door shut.

Only then did Braydon see that it was a humanoid form, radiating a metallic sheen.

Its entire body glimmered with a metallic texture, exuding a tyrannical aura.

It was a transcendent pressure.

The metal figure bore the aura of a newly transcended being.

Such a creature was far beyond Braydon’s abilities.

If they fought, he wouldn’t last three breaths.

The gap was just too wide!

Even with Braydon’s extraordinary talent, he was only at the first level of the ancient immortal realm.

How could he possibly stand against a transcendent?

The metal man’s voice was cold and emotionless as it unleashed a wave of mental energy.

“Trespassing in the Master’s Hall!

Die!” “Hmm?” Braydon’s gaze turned steely.

He wouldn’t just wait for death.

Even if he wasn’t strong enough to win, he had to fight.

Who said Braydon had no chance?

He stood firm, sword in hand, knowing he couldn’t match the metal man’s combat strength directly.

His only option was to trade his life for a chance.

Braydon steadied himself, the ancient sword gripped tightly.  He could feel the seven-leaf grass on the back of his hand being suppressed, unable to help.

Boom!

The metal man’s palm struck down.

The force of transcendence surged from its hand and crashed into Braydon.

Just one palm!

It struck his chest.

“Die!” The metal man’s voice was cold and detached.

Braydon didn’t dodge.

He took the blow head-on.

His chest cloth shredded, his gaze calm.

His left hand shifted slightly as he raised his sword.
