Chapter 2038 The Feast Arrives

Chapter 2038: The Feast Arrives Chapter 2038: The Feast Arrives Editor: EndlessFantasy Translation It also served as a warning to the disciples of the Lotus Feather Pavilion.

The demeanor of the two tenth-level experts was intimidating enough to deter anyone.

Though the inheritance was valuable, survival was paramount.

The group set off, returning to the Lotus Feather Pavilion.

Outside the universe, there was a floating continent.

The brown landmass spanned over ten million square kilometers.  Guarded by a mountain-protecting array and surrounded by peaks, it was home to countless human cultivators.  The Lotus Feather Pavilion had its base here.

The group touched down at the summit of a tall pine tree.

This was the primary sect site where Scipio Langdon resided.  Typically, the pavilion guardian elder, the five pavilion masters, and the Lotus Feather Pavilion’s core disciples were present here.

Scipio gestured toward one of the central halls.

“Braydon, you will live there from now on.

It’s next to my hall.

If you need anything, come directly to me.” “Alright!” Braydon Neal replied without hesitation.

Adjacent to Scipio’s main hall were quarters for the four pavilion masters and several high-ranking elders.

With such esteemed figures nearby, Braydon’s safety was assured.  Any unusual activity directed at him would be instantly detected by Scipio and the others.

“There’s one more thing.

How could we not celebrate the three blessings of our Lotus Feather Pavilion?” Pavilion Master Lynwood Strouse suddenly spoke up.

It was indeed a cause for celebration: Scipio had broken through, Elder Juntenen had recovered his Tenth-Level battle strength, and Braydon had joined as a new disciple.

Scipio nodded.

“Such a joyous occasion should be marked.

In our name, let’s send out invitations to invite level nine comrades to a banquet.” Even if the Lotus Feather Pavilion hadn’t done this, many would still have come to offer their congratulations.  The birth of a level ten was no small affair.

Two level ten experts appeared in the Lotus Feather Pavilion.  Scipio brought Braydon into the main hall.

“Braydon, I’ve decided.

You will host this banquet.

I’ll introduce you to all the level nine transcendents as the future Pavilion Master of the Lotus Feather Pavilion.” “There’s no need to do that,” Braydon said, understanding Scipio’s intentions.

Scipio’s breakthrough had been made possible by the tenth-level life pill Braydon and others had brought.  Without Braydon, Scipio wouldn’t be here today.

Scipio shook his head.

“I’m not doing this just to repay your kindness.

You have an incredible opportunity with the Lennon Jury’s inheritance.

It’s a level eleven inheritance, and many covet it.

“By declaring you the next Pavilion Master of the Lotus Feather Pavilion, with the five of us supporting you, outsiders will think twice before acting against you.

Additionally, it benefits the Lotus Feather Pavilion, quelling any unwelcome intentions toward you.

“Many believe I only brought you into the Lotus Feather Pavilion for your level eleven inheritance.

They assume that once I obtain it, I’ll discard you.

Announcing your role will deter such thoughts, ensuring they respect you.” “Moreover, with your talent and level eleven inheritance, your future achievements will surpass mine.

Choosing you as the next Pavilion Master is the right decision, publicly and privately.” Scipio spoke openly.

“It’s easier when you have powerful allies,” Kreig Jordahl nodded.

“You could join the Lotus Feather Pavilion, too.” Scipio respected Kreig, Rusty Neal, and the others, understanding from Elder Juntenen that their backgrounds might be far from ordinary—they could be tied to the saint region ruins.  A figure who survived the saint region’s ruins would have been formidable in life, a thought that kept Scipio on his guard.

“I don’t mind.

We’re all together anyway,” Kreig chuckled.

“Then it’s settled.” Scipio instructed Braydon and the others to rest and let the elders handle any requests.

After he left, Rusty relaxed on a throne in the main hall, swinging his short legs and stretching.

“This place is great—I can eat and drink as much as I want.” “Resting here to gradually recover my cultivation is the best option.” Everett Neal also preferred staying.

They were all seasoned cultivators, indifferent to where they restored their strength.  In essence, they were like Braydon—they all cultivated anew.

Only Icarus Jacome lacked a say in the matter, but for him, staying at the Lotus Feather Pavilion and following Braydon seemed the best choice, as he’d receive the pavilion’s attention as well.

With this decision, the group settled into life at the Lotus Feather Pavilion.

For seven days, no one disturbed them.

Scipio had decreed that apart from the five pavilion masters and ten elders, no one else had permission to visit Braydon.  The main concern was Braydon’s unique inheritance.

Even Scipio, with his newly enhanced strength, couldn’t afford to ignore the potential threat.  An elder could easily betray the pavilion, attempting to abduct Braydon.  Preventative measures were essential.

Finally, the grand celebration day at the Lotus Feather Pavilion arrived, filling the place with energy and anticipation.  Invited guests prepared gifts to honor Scipio, with four of the five pavilion masters present.

In Braydon’s main hall: “Braydon, are you ready?” Scipio asked.

“Yes.” Braydon gave a slight nod.  There was little to prepare.

Everett and Kreig had little interest in the event, while Rusty was especially enthusiastic about joining the festivities.

Lennon’s inheritance had been divided in two, each half representing an extreme.  Rusty, who had absorbed all the negative energy, embodied human emotion, while Everett was nearly emotionless.

“When they see you, I’m sure they’ll have other thoughts,” Scipio remarked quietly.

“I understand,” Braydon replied, knowing Scipio’s meaning.

Lennon’s inheritance was valuable, and its allure would stir interest in him.  Though no one would dare seize it by force, they would be keen to strike deals, offering a fortune if Braydon relented.

Scipio’s advice was clear.  Should Braydon need outside resources for his cultivation, the Lotus Feather Pavilion would do all they could to provide them.  Lennon’s inheritance had to remain hidden.

At present, people only speculated that Braydon possessed Lennon’s inheritance.  No one had solid proof.  But if Braydon used it openly, it would confirm their suspicions and potentially cause upheaval.

While Braydon did require external resources for cultivation, even Scipio and the entire Lotus Feather Pavilion couldn’t meet his needs.  His path was grounded in the Hundred Tribulations Heavenly Art.

His cultivation journey involved ten thousand banished immortals!

Currently, with 80,000 Dharma Idols, he had achieved the immortal great celestial realm.

Braydon’s path forward remained unchanged.
