A Journey That Changed The World

Chapter 1591 - 1591: And What's That Meant To Be?

”Hello, Kela,” Archer mumbled, pain flaring as he spoke. ”It’s good to see your sister brought you along with her.”

Kela giggled before leaning down and kissing his forehead. ”Anything to help my Papa, she said you needed healing,” she sweetly said.

After that, Archer sat up and shook his head, only to see two more young women. One he already knew, the second socked him to the core. She had wild red hair, big violet eyes, and the same brown skin as a cheeky dragon he knew. His smile grew wide as he greeted the newcomer. ”Hello Ravena. You look like your mother so much, but I can see you got my good looks.”

”Of course I did,” she suddenly exclaimed, Sera’s cheeky smile appearing on her face. ”I’m your daughter, Papa, the greatest dragon to ever live and the best father a girl could hope for.”

”Shut up with your dramatics, Rav,” Freya said, approaching him from behind the redhead. ”We’re here to help Father destroy one of the Terravian realms.”

This caught Archer’s attention, but he didn’t care about that and hugged the two young women; they melted into his embrace. He wouldn’t forget about Kela and dragged the Moon Elf toward him. Adding her to the cuddle piles as he spoke. ”Thank you, girls. When that god hit you, Frey, I lost it and want to tear him apart.”

The three girls giggled at this, but Freya reassured them. ”And that’s why we’re here, Father. Kela can heal, and Ravena is the strongest fire mage I know, well, maybe after Mother Seraphina.”

Archer smiled at this before turning toward Kela, the grey-skinned young woman became embarrassed as he cupped her cheeks, pulling her face up as he spoke. ”Do you know how proud I am to have a powerful daughter like you, Kela? I remember the day you were born like it was yesterday, and I’ve loved you ever since. So thank you for healing me now and coming to help.”

When the Moon Elf girl heard this, her face lit up as she buried her head in his chest. She was so happy hearing those words as Freya commented. ”This is why we’re helping, so we continue to get this version of Papa, the one who loves us no matter how much trouble we cause.”

”Well, that wasn’t my fault, Frey!” Ravena erupted. ”That prince should’ve known not to speak to me after they teased me years before!”

Archer grew curious and asked. ”What happened?”

He was ignored as Kela added. ”He’s a freak! I’m glad Papa burned his family! I’m not the only one, Frey, Sel, Isis, and Antonia hate him.”

”I know, guys!” Freya snapped. ”I hated him as well, but that particular family brought in so much from their Mining Platforms, I think it was a waste.”

”Papa gave it to Uncle Lioran,” Ravena argued.

Archer chuckled before interrupting them. ”Ladies, can we calm down. It doesn’t matter what happened then. We’re here now, and you three want to help me? And you speak of realms, is there more than one?”

The trio stopped arguing, looked at him as smiles crossed their faces. That’s when Freya stepped forward. ”Sorry, Papa, we get heated when it comes to the empire. But yes, there are ten Terravian realms you need to destroy.”

”Because you are Mana’s chosen,” she answered. ”The one she wants to vanquish this cancer eating at her world.”

”So another goddess?”

Ravena giggled. ”Well, she’s alot like Mama Tia, but more stern. She likes to tell us off when we’re naughty,” she admitted.

Archer’s eyes widened as Kela couldn’t help but laugh. ”Yes, she’s one of our mama. I won’t say much, but it’s sooner rather than later.”

”Oh god, this will be good,” he muttered.

Following that, Archer stretched his limbs as several pops rang out before speaking. ”Alright, ladies, I need to rest and get some sleep. I can summon some monsters to guard us. Will you three join me?”

”Cuddles?” the trio said in unison.

He chuckled at their reactions, but they quickly nodded in agreement and pulled out the same tent he used back on Earth. When the young women saw this, they became fascinated as Freya questioned. ”Are you sure about this? We aren’t little anymore.”

Archer spun on the white-haired girl and questioned. ”Frey, what are you to me?”

”Your daughter?”

”Exactly,” he said, an honest expression. ”I will hug you whenever I like, too me you’ll always be those gummy baby girls staring at me with those big eyes.”

They beamed at this as Archer began setting up the tent while his daughters watched, but he looked around only to notice the landscape looked alien, dirt and rocks stretched as far as the eye could see. By the time he finished, it was even darker out, and Kela was standing beside him, glancing around.

He glanced at the young woman. ”Are you okay?”

”This place gives me the creeps,” she answered, moving even closer until she was leaning up against him. ”Feels like someone is watching us.”

Archer’s eyebrow rose, but summoned a dozen Broodmaw Guardians that circled the tent. He hugged Kela and reassured her. ”You’ll be fine, I won’t let anything get you.”

The young woman beamed at this before everyone piled into the tent. He watched as the girls got comfortable on the sofa’s just as Ravena approached him, her ruby-red eyes glowing, she glanced up. ”It’s strange seeing you only a few years older than us, no wonder our mothers love you.”

”And what’s that meant to be?”

”I mean that you seem more lively and happy,” the redhead answered. ”You’re more moody when older.”

He went to speak, but Freya commented from behind. ”That’s why we’re here, Rav, so he doesn’t have to go through that all alone.”

”So you three are here to help me destroy this place?”

”That’s the plan, once we show you what to do, you can wipe out the rest with our mothers,” the white-haired young woman revealed.

Archer let out a warm chuckle, his shoulders shaking as he sank into the plush armchair. The weight of the day seemed to melt into the soft cushions and let his eyes shut, surrendering to the exhaustion that rolled over him. The tent was quiet, save for the faint clinking of dishes and drifting from the kitchen, where the grey-skinned girl was busily at work.

Moments later, the rhythmic patter of footsteps approached, and Archer cracked open one eye to see Kela, her grey skin glowing softly in the dim light. She carried a steaming mug of tea, her face alight with a smile that could brighten even the dreariest of evenings. ”I made you a hot drink, Papa,” she said, her voice bubbly. ”I hope you like it!”

When Archer heard this, his heart warmed at the sight of her enthusiasm. ”Thank you, my little star,” he murmured, his voice full of affection as he reached for the mug.

He brought it to his lips, taking a sip. Instantly, his eyes widened in surprise. The tea was a nice blend of sweetness and warmth, the flavor dancing across his tongue. It was perfectly balanced, just the right hint of sweetness. He looked up at Kela, who stood there with an eager, almost impatient expression, her hands clasped tightly in anticipation of his verdict.

A grin spread across Archer’s face. ”This is wonderful,” he said, his tone laced with admiration. “I love how sweet it is, it’s just right. You’ve outdone yourself, my girl.”

Kela’s face lit up even brighter, her eyes sparkling as she bounced lightly on her toes. The simple act of making tea for her father made her happy, a small but meaningful gesture that wove them closer. He couldn’t help but smile. ”This is better than most of your mothers, some of them hate making it.”

The three girls laughed as Ravena added. ”Yes, Mama loves dragon ale that she gives you.”

When Archer heard that, he took a bottle out. ”She wants to dilute it and sell it to the empire. I think it would be popular thanks to its unique taste.”

”Can I have some?” The redhead asked, batting her eyelashes.

”No,” he instantly rejected such a notion. ”You’re what, fourteen, Ravena? Why do you want to drink already?”

”Yes, but that doesn’t matter,” she retorted. ”Mana told me you used to drink at that age.”

”That was because I was kicked out of my home, on the road, and ended up trapped down south, where I met a few of your mothers,” Archer answered. ”I was half mad when your mother rescued me.”

When the trio heard this, they became interested as Ravena questioned. ”How did you meet her? She never tells us?”

”Well, I was younger than you girls when I was in some forest, hiding in the trees when I came across a group of wolves trying to get some in the branches above,” he revealed, catching their attention.
