Chapter 2059: Consequences (3)
Chapter 2059: Consequences (3)
The three Executive Administrators exchanged glances the moment Tang Shaoyang disappeared. It was abrupt, and he didn’t say anything where he was going.
“Where is he going?” Clementine turned toward Arion.
“Why are you asking me?” Arion shrugged, “How am I supposed to know where he is going to? Do you really think I am his father?”
“I don’t know. You are quite close to him, no? Can’t you take a peek at where he is right now? I don’t think he is leaving with the teleportation,” Clementine shrugged, her tone like a concerned mother.
That caused Baba to look at the two. Suppose he didn’t know these two long enough. In that case, he might believe the rumor about Tang Shaoyang being their bastard just from this interaction.
Clementine spoke as if Arion and Tang Shaoyang were close, more than just friends. Meanwhile, Clementine sounded and looked concerned for Tang Shaoyang, who might chase after the Shadow Star.
Arion rolled his eyes, “You can check the teleportation log yourself, no? You can check where he is going if he uses teleportation, or he might return to the Tang Garden they were talking about. Or he could be following those three from the Shadow Stars. He always has his trick to tail people.”
Clementine used her authority to check the teleportation log. She tried to look for Tang Shaoyang’s name in the log, but his name was not in it. As Arion said, he could be returning to the Tang Garden, or he could be following the Shadow Star. She leaned toward the latter and was worried.
She didn’t want to lose an Executive Administrator. Especially for someone with so much potential as Tang Shaoyang. She let out a sigh and left the room with no words, returning to the Administrator Space.

The three people from the Shadow Star: Alec, Robbie, and Sandra, returned to the Shadow Star’s main headquarters. The mission was directly overseen by the leader of the Shadow Star since the target was an Executive Administrator. They must directly report the aftermath after the job failed.
The three were still wearing the same cloak, and they were on their knees as they relayed the situation. Inside the room with them was a man wearing a white shirt with a black bow tie. The man had short white hair with golden eyes that shone in the dimly lit room.
He was checking the scroll in his hand and put the scroll aside when he heard the full report.
“Fail? How?”
“The Daenelis Clan messed up. One of them got killed instantly by our target, which later triggered the security system,” Sandra replied.
“Even with the security system, you still have some time to kill him.”
“That’s the problem, Sir. The Security System summoned three Executive Administrators, and the System activated Chronosphere to stop our people’s movement.”
The golden-eyed man was surprised to hear that three Executive Administrators were involved, but then it made sense since the target was an Executive Administrator. They wanted to protect the new Executive Administrator.
“Unlucky,” The man clicked his tongue, “So, what’s the punishment? What do we have to pay for this, so I can ask for more compensation from the God Order and the Nirvana Alliance?”
His tone was full of regret that the job failed. It was to be expected to fail, but he hoped to succeed. It would elevate the Shadow Star’s name. The first Assassin Guild to assassinate an Executive Administrator. They would be flooded with requests with such a reputation. They would draw the Administrator’s ire, but it was worth it.
“There’s no punishment, Sir. They let us leave without giving us any punishment, not even a fine.”
The golden-eyed man frowned. He was supposed to be happy that they were not punished, but that just made him uneasy. He felt like something worse might come for them.
“There’s more, isn’t it?”
“If this could be considered as more than our target, Executive Administrator Tang Shaoyang said he would come for us,” Robbie added.
He remembered how Tang Shaoyang was so calm, not showing any emotions when he saw them. The look of the new Executive Administrator left a deep impression on him.
The golden-eyed man raised his right eyebrow. It could be an empty threat, but it was not likely a threat, considering they were taking the job to take his life. However, what a newcomer like him could do to the Shadow Star. Even with his new status, not many dared to take up a fight against a member of the Ten Stars Accord.
“Executive Administrator Tang Shaoyang is also the reason why we have remained unpunished. Executive Administrator Arion asked him about our punishment, but Tang Shaoyang told them that he would punish us in his own way.” Alec remembered.
The threat was laughable considering Tang Shaoyang’s background. The Shadow Star did a background check before taking the mission. They knew the Tang Empire was not related to the Dragon Realm. The rumor about him being Arion and Clementine’s bastard is also false. It was truly just a newcomer in the God Realm.
Tang Shaoyang might be strong enough to kill an Emperor of the Void Cult, but what could one man do against an alliance? On top of being strong themselves, the Ten Stars Accord had its own ally across the God Realm. People would think five times, and they were still not willing to fight them, let alone a newcomer like Tang Shaoyang and the Tang Empire.
“What do you think of him? Is he really that strong to kill an Emperor?” The threat was laughable, but he truly needed to be prepared. The Executive Administrators were a bunch of lunatics, after all. This one might be no different, and this newbie might think he could take down the Ten Stars Accord on his own.
“We can’t really confirm or make a guess because it’s not really a fight. He killed one of the Daenelis Clan’s Elders instantly. No one could react to what happened. Before our people could reach the target, the security system was triggered, and the Chronosphere was activated.”
The trio was not in the scene, but they were overseeing the mission from a distance. They got a clear look at what happened. They had admitted that even if they were in the same room, they would not be able to stop Tang Shaoyang from killing that female elder.
“Why don’t you find out for yourself?” A foreign voice rang in the room.
The trio was alarmed because they recognized the voice, and the golden-eyed man widened in shock as he saw the figure behind Sandra. He was in shock because he could not feel this man’s presence until this person made it known.
Tang Shaoyang’s both shone in gold; the Heavenly Energy lightened up the dimly lit room. Before anyone could react or do something to the unexpected development. Sandra’s head popped out, burst into flesh and blood as the blood spurted out from the headless body.
He popped the head with his bare hands, looking like popping a watermelon with his hand. The body slowly fell to the floor as the blood spurted all around. The blood kept coming out, creating a shallow puddle of blood on the floor.
Alec and Robbie immediately jumped forward and turned around with their swords out. At the same time, they also used their Bloodline Transformation and activated their Elemental Body. Robbie’s body turned into flame, and Alec’s body turned into wind.
Alec and Robbie felt that Tang Shaoyang was alone, but then they saw four more figures standing behind Tang Shaoyang. A fallen angel, a red-skinned orc, a Lich, and a gorgeous girl with an ice blue dress.
“Aren’t you curious how strong I am? You can test me out right here, right now, instead of sending your subordinates.”
