Chapter 4023 - Explosion Mania

Tianming and Zi Zhen had run into trouble right at the start of the battle, and the other side was faring even worse; Lin Chaoge's group had been sent flying off by the two thousand divine wonders, collapsing their ranks! But there was no choice other than to continue! Tianming had wanted more people there to fight, but the Primordial Sands' forces could only spare so many.

"We're in big trouble!" Tianming and Lin Chaoge had underestimated the cooperation between the wonderians. The two thousand divine wonders formed a hyper defensive composite formation.

The wonderians hiding within smirked as they laughed at those outside.

"The Primordial Sands' savages and the natives of the Ancestral World thought they could breach our formation?!"

"How naive! Hahaha!"

"Do you see? The fools are panicking. The Ninelives Cave will soon be ours and they're starting to despair."

Even though the thousand wonderians weren’t individually comparable to any of the dozens that Tianming had with him, they still relished in their sense of superiority. Even though the defenses couldn't harm their enemies, the Empyrean Yin-Yang Mirror could!

"Not to mention, we have all the time in the world."

"Once our reinforcements arrive, it'll be our turn to make them cry."

The mockery that came from within the formation was hard to stomach. Tianming tried a few more times with Zi Zhen, yet they were unable to shatter the defensive formation as a whole. The moment they made even the slightest progress, they would be surrounded by other layers and attacked! Looking up, they saw Taiyang Zhao and Taiyin Yuan together, charging the mirror's next blast as they stared at him.

"A flameyellow descendant, eh? Your ancestors have long been exterminated. You’re completely helpless and should've been history long ago," Taiyin Yuan said, her completely ebony face radiating endless mockery.

"Stop struggling and accept your death. Not only will you die, the thirty thousand flies from the Primordial Sands will have to die with you. Only then will peace return to the lower ruins," Taiyang Zhao said.

"Brother Lin, the gap is too huge!" Lin Chaoge urgently said, starting to lose hope. The suicidal attackers were starting to despair before the mighty formation. The wonderians had ten times their number, yet chose to huddle up defensively! What could they do about it?

The assault on Ninelives Cave was also beginning and Pu Lingyi had immediately declared that this was Tianming's scheme all along, taking advantage of the chaos. The others had fallen into despair and lost their trust in Jiang Feifei.

Things were far worse off than Tianming had imagined.

"Fuck!" He couldn't take it anymore. There was one final trump card that he had wanted to hide, but he’d been thrown into a hellish battlefield right away. Looking at the smug wonderians fueled his rage even more. He took out a pink crystal from his lifebound space!

"What’s that?!" Lin Chaoge and the rest didn't think much of it apart from how pretty it looked. The wonderians didn't know what it was, either, and merely continued laughing.

"Ji Ji, go for it!" Tianming roared, hugging the crystal star tight before flinging it away with all the force of his nearly fully cosmic god body!

"You meanies!" Ji Ji yelled. The pink crystal slammed into the center of the wonderian formation, beneath which was the Empyrean Yin-Yang Mirror.

"Is that guy here to make us laugh?" Taiyin Yuan asked right before the crystal star exploded. The formerly boundless First Aeonic Ancestral Star that had been condensed to a hundred meters in diameter unleashed far more power than any middlekin star could. It was pure genesis ancestral nova source, containing enough destructive energy to kickstart the creation of the universe! The divine wonders immediately crumbled as Lin Chaoge and the rest immediately lost their hearing from the blast.

"What the...?!" The wonderians all turned pale at the sight of the doomsday supernova above them. They were far too close and couldn't avoid it at all!

The explosion instantly covered Miracle Mountain. Many wonderians within the blast radius were reduced to their essence forms right away, and agonized groans rang out from all over.

"Careful!" Taiyang Zhao and Taiyin Yuan were immediately sent flying. They used their divine wonders to protect them as they crashed through the bodies of many cosmic gods.

"The Empyrean Yin-Yang Mirror!" They had lost grip on the cosmic relic as they were sent flying. It rapidly spun in the air, emitting a hum. The pink explosion had swallowed everything, leaving nothing but pained cries behind.

"What kind of trick was that?!"

"That beast!"

The wonderians had either been heavily wounded or reduced to cosmic god essences. Their minds went completely blank, unable to accept the truth. Those across the Ten Desolate Starforges didn't even know what to make of it.

Lin Chaoge and the rest blankly stared at Tianming like fools.

"That's far too badass...."

It was the decisive blast that broke through. The warriors on the suicide mission cried tears of joy for making the right decision to trust Tianming!

All of a sudden, an ink-green-haired girl suddenly caught the Empyrean Yin-Yang Mirror. It was none other than Moran! The mirror didn't move in the slightest in her hands.

Is she a wonderian? Lin Chaoge thought, though he didn't mind it.

The enemy wonderians were completely crushed at the thought of losing their super weapon. Taiyang Zhao and Taiyin Yuan completely lost it. "Kill them!"

Tianming knew that he had bought them some time. He pointed at the enemy with his sword and announced, "Those are my lines. Everyone, kill them all!"
