"Black holes?" Roan narrowed his eyes. "As far as I’m aware, even Peak Stage Divinity Realm experts could very well die if they got inside one. The kind of power necessary to counter the gravity of such a thing. I don’t even know what you could expect inside that monstrosity."

"Hum?" Victor looked at Roan with a weird expression. "What are you saying? I guess you are making a mistake here. I’m not talking about those kids’ playgrounds that are the Black Holes you find inside your Universe, F956. I’m talking about the real bad boys, the ones that ’USUALLY’ can only be found outside Universes, in the Great Void."

Victor faintly smiled. "I might as well tell you this. If a Great Void Black Hole were to appear inside a small or weak Universe, that Universe would be done for. Ha! Black Holes. I even refuse to accept that it carries a similar name to those outside."

Everyone felt a chill running through their bodies. None of them knew about Great Void Black Holes... except Royer.𝐟𝗿𝐞𝚎𝚠𝐞𝚋𝕟𝐨𝚟𝐞𝕝.𝕔𝕠𝚖

"I saw some information regarding them in the Werdlem Network before when I was researching the black holes near the Divine Realm. If the Network information isn’t false, there are only three of those Great Void Black Holes inside the entire Werdlem Empire."

"Almost correct," Victor added. "There are actually four, but the fourth one is found in the Werdlem Universe. It is right at the center of that Universe."

"Uh?" Kentucky got confused. "Didn’t you just say they could destroy a Universe?"

"I said they could destroy a weak or small Universe. Sigh... you guys truly are lacking knowledge. Spend some extra time on the network later. There is a lot of information available there regarding such things. But basically, Universes can also be categorized into rankings. You guys came from F956, right? Try to guess why it has the letter F in front of its number."

No one there was an idiot. "So... our Universe is a Rank F Universe?"

"Precisely," Victor continued. "A Great Void Black Hole would indeed be the end of a Universe like yours. As for the Werdlem Universe, that is the only Rank S Universe of the entire Werdlem Empire, so much so that it also doesn’t carry a number. Universes of Rank A and S are capable of holding a Great Void Black Hole inside. There are only nine Rank A Universes in the Werdlem Empire, though. But for them, it is easier to simply go to the Werdlem Universe to use that one since they don’t have their own Great Void Black Holes."

Roan noticed something. "You speak like it is a common thing to see experts trying to reach the Celestial Realm in those Universes."

"Oh, did you notice?" Victor was happy that Roan pointed it out. "You are correct. Celestial Realm Experts are extremely rare anywhere else in the Empire, but in the Rank A Universes and the Werdlem Universe itself, we get a new one every hundred years or so. The environment is completely different. It is way, way easier to find Celestial Laws in such Universes than it is in an F-ranked Universe like your F956."

"No wonder the Werdlem Empire controls the travel between Universes so strictly," Rean sighed. "If they left it open for everyone, the Rank A Universes would receive Peak Stage Divinity Realm experts pretty much daily."

"That depends," Celis commented. "In our Rank F Universe, the information on how to become a Celestial Realm Expert is not something you can find anywhere, even on the network."

"The Demon Plant is right," Victor agreed with Celis. "But that is only so for Universes below Rank B. For the Rank B and above Universes, as long as you reach the Divinity Realm Peak Stage, you will be made aware of the requirements to become a Celestial Realm Expert. Well, as I said, such Universes make it countless times easier to find Celestial Laws and absorb them. Even before they reach that level, most experts would already find this kind of information."

"Even between universes, the distinction between the ’poor’ and ’rich’ is so enormous..." Rean couldn’t help but comment. In their F956, a single Celestial Realm Expert only appears once every eon, and that’s because they get the Universe Root Egg to help them. The Lisan Universe didn’t even have one...

"One Celestial Realm every hundred years. I wonder just how much better the cultivation environment is in such Universes of Rank S and A," Celis already wanted to visit one.

"Cultivation-wise, it is definitely better, but not by a ridiculous extent," Victor explained. That wasn’t really a secret. "The main point is really the easier appearance of Celestial Laws. As I mentioned before, Celestial Laws can be found in quite a few different ways. It’s just that in a low-ranked universe, that almost never happens. Anyway, you would need to go to one of those to really experience what it is like."

"Alright," Victor changed back to the main topic. "There is no point talking much about it. Travel between low-ranked universes and high-ranked ones almost never happens anyway."

"Exactly," Roan agreed. "So, the Great Void Black Hole has a fragile barrier between our plane and the Celestial Laws plane, right? If they are so terrifying, like you said, how would we even get inside without dying? We can barely get close to a normal one."

"You don’t," Victor shook his head. "What you are looking for is a breach that happens in the area near a Great Void Black Hole. Those Black Holes sometimes distort Space and Time to such an extent that a breach is created, and it is this breach in Space and Time that makes the division between planes fragile for a brief moment."

"So we need to be there when the breach happens, right?" Everyone asked.

"Pretty much," and Victor confirmed. "Once you find the breach, use your own Celestial Laws to try to feel the Celestial Laws of the same type in the other plane. From that point onwards, you are on your own. As you know, comprehension of laws is a personal thing. Only you will be able to find the right way to connect to the Celestial Laws of the other plane. There is nothing I or anyone else can do to help you at that moment."

"Finally, with the connection established, you can have a breakthrough anytime you want. Just find somewhere safe and use that connection to draw the power from the Celestial Plane. That’s why Celestial Realm Experts are so much stronger; they can draw the power from beyond the veil. With that power, you can have your breakthrough."
