Chapter 112: Chapter 112: Leaving the Sovereign City, Meeting Lunara, a New Dungeon

How many materials does Faye eat every day?

Aiden didn’t really think about it. As long as Faye was hungry and finished the food, he just gave her more.

” Not too much. Maybe four or five Epic materials a day is enough.” Aiden said after thinking for a moment.

Faye’s appetite had grown a little compared to the beginning.

Oh, by the way, did she get a little bigger these days?

Aiden was still thinking about Faye when he didn’t notice Dora’s face had gone blank.

Eat four or five Epic materials every day?

Not much?

If she had a Pure-blood Dragon Clan as a pet like Faye, she would have to work crazy for days just to feed it for one day!

She could never afford that. She had never met a client as generous as Aiden before.

And Faye was still a baby dragon. When she grew bigger, she would eat even more!

“Now you understand why I said that earlier.” John said softly to Dora.

Dora nodded, still in shock.

It’s true that there’s a big gap between people. As a Level 83 Legendary Rank Reclasser, she was so poor compared to Aiden.

When Dora finally calmed down, it was almost time to go.

John, Vespera, and Vivi stayed in the villa to collect more information about the boss.

Aiden, on the other hand, took Faye and Dora out of the house.

“Wait a second, I need to call a taxi. Boss, where are we going?” Dora pulled out her phone and asked.

Aiden looked at Dora’s face, which looked a little sad about the taxi cost, and asked.

“Do you want a taxi? We can just fly. It’s faster.”

Dora stopped for a second, then said awkwardly.”I need to use a skill to fly, and that will cost a lot. Plus, flying is not allowed here in the core of the Sovereign City.”

Aiden sighed.”It’s okay. I said I’ll pay for everything. Just use your skill.”

“Besides, I want to see how fast you can fly.”

As for Dora’s comment about flying being banned, Aiden didn’t even care.

He could walk into the palace of the Sovereign City anytime. Flying in the core area was no problem at all.

Dora nodded, and pulled out a Gold Rank material. Her face showed a little pain, but it quickly disappeared.

She touched the material with her finger, and a strong golden light suddenly shot out.

Boom!

An invisible wind blew the leaves and dust around.

Then, a pair of big golden wings appeared behind Dora. The wings looked like they were made of gold, very luxurious.

“Let’s go. You lead the way.” Dora said as she slowly lifted into the air and grabbed Aiden’s shoulders with both hands.

At first, her flying speed wasn’t very fast — just about as fast as Aiden flying with his Iron Dragon wings.

But when the buildings became fewer and the area opened up, Dora suddenly flapped her golden wings.

Boom!

The air around them was suddenly torn apart, breaking the sound barrier.

It didn’t take long before Dora and Aiden arrived at a lake near the Sovereign City.

“Here it is.” Aiden said, telling Dora to put him down.

To be honest, Dora’s flying speed was really fast. Aiden could feel the wind around him turn into sharp blades.

If it were an ordinary person, they would have been crushed by the force.

“Boss, there’s a boss deep under the lake. Its level isn’t very high.” Dora checked the area first, making sure there was no danger, then relaxed.

She said this while pulling out a small notebook and writing something down.

[Flown from the Sovereign City to the destination – used one Gold Rank material.]

Aiden’s eye twitched. Was she worried he wouldn’t pay for it?

Before seeing Dora in person, Aiden thought she was a strong, powerful person with a big presence.

But now, she acted just like a normal person.

“Okay, you stay here. I’ll try to get into the water and kill the boss. Then we can go somewhere else.” Aiden slowly walked toward the lake.

At that moment, Dora suddenly turned her head and looked toward a small path nearby.

“Wait, someone’s coming.”

Dora, a Level 83 Legendary Rank Reclasser, had a much stronger Spirit attribute than Aiden. She could sense even the smallest sounds.

Sure enough, a few seconds later, Aiden heard someone shouting.

“Come on, keep running! The monsters are catching up!”

“Damn it, we’re almost back to the Sovereign City, why are there so many strong monsters here?”

A young man looked back at Lunara behind him, his face full of hesitation.

A few wolves in their forties were quickly chasing them.

Lunara was breathing hard, using all her strength to run toward her companion, but her level wasn’t high, and she wasn’t fast. She couldn’t get away from the wolves behind her.

There was no choice. Lunara bit her lip and shouted at her companion.”You guys go ahead. Don’t worry about me.”

“Oh, before we left, the manager gave us some speed-up items. He put them in your care.”

“Quick, throw them to me!”

The man took a deep breath. His hesitation disappeared quickly. He looked back at Lunara.

“There aren’t enough items. If we both run, the wolves will keep chasing us.”

“You should stay behind and draw their attention. I’ll go find help!”

Hearing these words, Lunara felt as if she had fallen into an icy cave. She was just an ordinary Reclasser, with a low level and no high-tier equipment. Facing a wolf that was over level 40, she was surely doomed!

“Why? If we keep running, we can get into the Sovereign City soon!” Lunara didn’t want to give up.

The man’s chest rose and fell as he shouted.”Why?”

“You stupid girl, I’ve been after you for so long, and you always ignored me.”

“You asked the manager to send you to the Sovereign City to deliver goods just so you could maybe see Aiden, right?”

“I’m a national hero and a top college test taker. You’re just a store clerk at Starlight Store!”

“Damn it! You should die here!”

“I won’t save you, you bitch! Bitch! Bitch…”

Boom!

A figure in a red cloak suddenly fell from the sky, landing hard on the ground and kicking up a cloud of dust.

With a huge steel wing, the figure gave a quick flap.

A strong wind blew, scattering the dust in the air.

Aiden held his Iron Dragon’s Magic Staff, frowning as he looked at the man who was shouting.

The man was shocked for a moment, then his legs started to shake. Without thinking twice, he pulled out a potion.

But before he could drink it, Dora suddenly appeared in front of him, her face cold.

“You’re such a waste of space. I almost feel like throwing up just looking at you.” Dora said coldly. She waved her hand, and gave the man a big slap.

Even without using any magic, her huge stats as a Level 83 Legendary Rank Reclasser sent the man flying backward. He hit a tree hard and spit blood.

Lunara just stood there, stunned. She thought she was going to die today. But now, someone had shown up.

And that person was Aiden!

“Mr. Aiden, why are you here?” Lunara forced a smile.

Suddenly, Aiden’s Iron Dragon’s Magic Staff glowed. Then, several big fireballs appeared and shot toward the wolves nearby.

These wolves were around level 40, but their highest tier was only Gold Rank.

For Aiden, who was wearing Epic gear, using other skills would be a waste of mana.

Boom!

Each fireball hit the wolves perfectly. They let out loud screams as their health dropped to zero.

In the middle of the explosions, Aiden’s cloak moved slowly behind him. He walked toward Lunara and said in a low voice.

“Just passing by. Are you okay?”

Lunara was speechless. She didn’t react at first. After a moment, she shook her head and said.

“No, I’m fine.”

“Thank you for saving me.”

The joy of surviving and the excitement of seeing Aiden made Lunara feel dizzy.

She didn’t know what to say, so she just stared at Aiden with wide eyes.

Aiden gave her a quick word of comfort, then asked what had really happened.

Lunara said she and her partner were delivering some goods from The White City to the Sovereign City. They hadn’t met any danger on the way.

But then they passed through a valley. Suddenly, they heard howls from a few wolves.

One of the group was curious and went to check it out.

The wolves had a super-sensitive nose and smelled them right away.

“One of my friends said he saw a glowing screen in the valley. A bunch of wolves ran out of it. There was also a big monster—red all over, about seven or eight meters tall, with an Onyx wolf on its back.” Lunara said slowly.

A glowing screen?

Aiden frowned and looked at Dora.

Dora’s eyes lit up. “Aiden, that must be a new realm!”

“A realm that hasn’t been explored by other Reclassers usually has a lot of treasures, like high-tier metal or plants that can be used to make potions.”

“Through the glowing screen, monsters from the realm can come to Earth, and Reclassers can also go inside.”

After hearing this, Aiden took a deep breath. He had planned to go to the lake and fight the boss.

But now, he had run into a new realm.

“Boss, your luck is really good.” Dora said with a sigh.

That made Aiden pause for a moment.

The Twin Coin’s bad luck effect was still active. Was his luck really good?

Then, a huge explosion came from far away. The ground shook like it was the end of the world.

A terrifying shockwave rushed toward them instantly.
