First Demonic Dragon

Chapter 1137 - Capítulo 1137: Lucifer's New Plan

Capítulo 1137: Lucifer’s New Plan

“Thank you for waiting!”

“Uh-huh. Sure, human.”

Lucifer reached across the counter and prepared to take a cup of something from a young woman.

He was surprised to find a piece of paper attached to the side of the cup.

A set of numbers appeared to be written on it.

Lucifer looked down at the woman again.

She blushed slightly underneath his gaze and pointed behind him.

“That’s, uh… for your friend. The one with the tattoos.”

Lucifer looked over his shoulder at Abaddon and Shiva, who were both glaring at him from a bench in the middle of a mall.

“…More like my cousin, but I’ll tell him you’re interested.”

The counter girl looked the dark lord up and down.

Lucifer looked down at himself, too, before realizing where the issue lay.

“Oh, I’ve got that, umm… that thing that Michael Jackson had.”

“…You mean vitaligo?”

“Yep.”

“You don’t really look like it.”

“What do you know, you serve pretzel nuggets for eight bucks an hour.”

Lucifer walked away from the young woman in a huff.

He strode up to Abaddon and dropped the paper on top of his lap aggressively.

“That idiot human over there says she’s interested in you. She says she has some repressed daddy issues she feels like you could really help her work on.”

Abaddon narrowed his eyes.

The scrap of paper on his lap spontaneously went up in flames.

“Yeah, I thought she was a little ugly too.”

“Shut up.”

“Why are we here, Lucifer?” Shiva asked impatiently.

“Cinnamon sugar pretzel nuggets, mostly.” Lucifer held up his blue paper cup. “They’re just about the only thing here that gives this entire building meaning.”

“You came to earth… for sweets..? I find that excruciatingly hard to believe.” Shiva leaned forward.

Lucifer chewed very slowly as he stared at Shiva.

He used his cinnamon sugar-coated fingers to gesture to Shiva’s entire body.

“This whole intimidating thing you’re trying to do..? Stop it. It doesn’t really work when the power that made you so fearsome is swirling inside my colon right now.”

Shiva stood up abruptly, his face becoming contorted and slightly demonic.

“My power was the very least of what makes me mighty, you disgrace! I will be happy to demonstra-”

“Hey, you guys want to go in that place called ‘Spencer’s’? I see children running in there laughing and getting chased out, so it must be amusing.”

Abaddon rolled his eyes while Shiva calmed down.

“There’s nothing amusing about it, they just have sex toys in the back.”

Lucifer paused and looked Abaddon up and down like he was a two-dollar whore.

“You would be aware of that, wouldn’t you?”

In fairness, he only knew that because it was Valerie’s favorite human store.

“”WHY ARE YOU HERE!?!”” Shiva and Abaddon snapped.

Needless to say, the arguing of three extremely handsome men in the middle of a shopping mall was bound to attract attention.

Only Lucifer seemed slightly annoyed by all of the attention they were getting. The other two didn’t seem to care about causing a scene at all.

“…Fuck it.”

A pulse of darkness left Lucifer’s body.

Abaddon and Shiva were unaffected.

But every other occupant of the mall was instantly rendered unconscious.

When bodies littered the floor like blades of grass, Lucifer began walking across the lawn.

He stared down at their faces, one by one as he stepped over them.

For a while, Lucifer didn’t say a word.

Abaddon and Shiva followed behind him carefully, unsure of what they were supposed to expect.

“…My mother said they modeled them after me. Did you know that?”

Shiva was slightly confused. Abaddon wasn’t.

“Yes.”

“That’s just like them. Telling a secret like that to you of all people and leaving me and everyone else in the dark.”

“Would that have changed how you saw them?”

Instead of answering immediately, Lucifer stared at the face of an older woman.

Lucifer’s eyes could see her at every age. Newborn, young, mature, and old.

“It might’ve.” He finally said.

Abaddon wasn’t convinced. “No, it wouldn’t.”

Lucifer scoffed. “There you go again. Thinking you know everything.”

“I know the patterns of behavior of someone I’ve observed for thousands of years.”

At that, Lucifer paused before slowly turning around to face Abaddon with a smile on his face.

“So we’re talking about patterns of behavior, are we? Then what would you say about a dragon with anger issues who, despite his many failed attempts to overcome his nature, has repeatedly backed up the truck and fucked things up for himself and those around him at every turn?”

Abaddon clenched his fists. Lucifer felt immensely vindicated.

Shva started to step between the two of them when Abaddon suddenly unfurled his hands.

“…I never said I was beyond reproach. Your attempts to provoke me just now are proof that you, despite your power and infamy, are still just a child.

Had your father told you what he molded humanity after, you would have felt insulted, repulsed, and told him to destroy them. But of course, he wouldn’t have.”

Abaddon knew that Yesh always believed his eldest son to have the greatest potential if he could only get his head on straight.

He created humanity and hoped that, through observation, Lucifer would see his own shortcomings within them, and the two would help each other rise to the very pinnacle of what they could be.

His works ended up having the opposite effect. The humans made Lucifer sick to look at, and he couldn’t stand to smell them, hear them, or even think about them.

The dislike was so great that it drove a wedge between Lucifer and the family he loved so deeply.

Yet another thing he would never forgive them for.

“…Well, can’t argue with you when you’re right.” Lucifer shrugged.

He turned around and started walking over to a man in a biker’s leather and sporting a bald head.

“You see this guy over here? He’s got a young girl tied up in his basement that he snatched off a college campus. She’s been missing for eight weeks.”

Before Shiva or Abaddon realized what was happening, Lucifer stomped the man’s head in.

“What are you doing!?”

“You fool!! You know you cannot touch humanity without encouraging the wrath of-”

“Wait, wait, wait, we’re just getting to the best parts!” Lucifer held up his hand.

He pointed into a store, where an older woman was sleeping on a bed of display clothes.

“That lady in there has a daughter whom she’s trying to get into med school. Every time she gets an answer wrong, Mrs. Feng here gives her daughter a strike across the back with an extension cord.”

The woman’s body jolted slightly as her brain exploded in her head. Blood poured from her nose and stained the very clothes she was lying on.

Abaddon rushed at Lucifer and grabbed him by the collar, hoisting his body into the air.

“What the hell do you think you’re doing you, damned-”

“I’m making corrections! They say God makes no mistakes, but clearly they are indulging in willful ignorance to make themselves feel better about their own shallow existences! How can they not see the sickness among them?!”

“While they live they have a chance to change!” Shiva yelled. “Growth is the very foundation upon which their civilization hinges upon!”

“But they don’t grow! Or there are so few of those that do to make up for the harm caused by the rest of them. The indomitable human spirit is nothing but greed, hatred, avarice- sin! It is their truth and their way, and while they revere my father in public I am their lord when they open their mouths behind closed doors!”

“You are misguided. Seeing what you want to see.” Shiva insisted.

“Am I?” Lucifer seemed amused.

He turned to the dragon holding him by his collar and smiled.

“I haven’t heard you disagree yet. And you’re usually so vocal. Do you honestly mean to understand me that you see no flaws in the grand design?”

Abaddon narrowed his eyes sharply.

“It doesn’t matter what I think. It’s what Yesh wants for his world that matters.”

Lucifer smiled as he clicked his teeth.

“Oh, Abaddon. What a wonderful non-answer.”

Lucifer vanished in Abaddon’s grasp, leaving only his clothes behind.

He reappeared again a few feet away, wearing a pitch black skirt with demonic patterns woven in gold.

His chest was bare, but his arms were covered in black metal armor and his horns had returned to his appearance.

“Domestic abuser.”

Lucifer pointed to another man lying on the floor, and he spontaneously combusted.

“Pedophile.”

He pointed to another sleeping woman, and her flesh instantly rotted.

“Bigot.”

Lucifer pointed to a third man, and rats crawled out of nearby vents to chew his face off.

“Serial mugger.”

A fourth man was virtually eaten alive by a stream of lightning.

“I said stop!”

Abaddon did away with his disguise as well and grabbed Lucifer once again.

The devil didn’t look the slightest bit bothered by being cornered. Rather, he seemed like he was becoming progressively more feral.

“You should be thanking me! I’m doing what you don’t have the balls to do and cleaning up my parents’ mistakes! And when I’m done, I will finally die along with them, and this world can be perfect once again when neither of us are in it!!”

Before that moment, it hadn’t really set in for Abaddon just how far Lucifer had fallen.

But as he saw the madness, rage, and hurt in his eyes from up close, he could no longer deny that Lucifer had left a part of himself behind in favor of a new path forward.

And there wasn’t anything that Abaddon or anyone else could have done to dissuade him from it.

There was a burning, bright flash of light.

Abaddon didn’t even bother opening his eyes after he closed them.

He knew Lucifer would be gone.

the crimson tide has fallen… I might join them lowkey… I don’t know if I can deal with the next week of espn talking about us.
