He struggled to get up from the ground, his eyes still determined, staring at the Black-scaled Bear, unwilling to retreat even a step.

The Black-scaled Bear roared and charged again, its blood-red eyes filled with hatred and murderous intent towards Gu Sheng.

Gu Sheng took a deep breath. He knew that now there was no way to retreat, nowhere to hide; he had to give it his all if he hoped to defeat this powerful demon beast.

"Something’s off about this place."

Er Gou suddenly became alert, following closely beside Gu Sheng, surveying the surroundings.

The trees around them seemed taller than anywhere else, the light increasingly sparse.

Heavy shadows enveloped them, creating an unusually oppressive atmosphere.

Shi Lou excitedly pointed at a light ahead.

In the darkness, a light flickered.
