T-The crazy man was back?!
As soon as she heard his playful voice, Lizzy tensed. This voice, it was the same as her father, no it was even worse. This was an invincible voice. A cruel voice. A mad voice. A voice that she wanted to forget and— Wait, he was raising his hand?!
She did what any young lizard her age would have done, she curled unto herself, trying to protect her head the best she could from the attack, knowing it would hurt again.
Alas, she was too late, and he mercilessly…
Pat! Pat! As he patted her scaly head, she was stunned silly. Any time now, there would be pain— or so she expected. But all that came were warm chuckles.
“How is it? Which game do you prefer?”
His smile was truly demonic. More importantly, what was be talking about?! Could this be a test? Was he trying to lower her guard to strike when she expected the least?
Yet, he continued with the same nonchalance…
“Which do you prefer, stab or pat, Lizzy?”
His gaze demanded an answer.
“T-The second one.”
She fearfully replied, yet it was clear that he’d laugh then savagely rip her apart…. Or not? No, instead, he looked at her, seemingly puzzled. “You hate it, and yet you let it happen?”
Let it happen? She didn’t have a choice. What else could she do?! No matter what, it would be the same. She was a freak that people would…. But as she spiraled, she heard him.
“Walk with me. There’s something I want to show you.”
He chuckled as he grabbed her hand.
Ah, was she getting kidnapped?
She nodded, following obediently. He wasn’t the first to try, and she knew how it would end, in a pool of blood: his and hers. But the weird man didn’t bring her to a weird cave.
No, he swaggered into town.
And as he did, weird boxes appeared around him?! She couldn’t read them, but they looked so mystical as if whispering the world’s truths to the man. If only she had known:

The man crushed the boxes.
W-What kind of power was this?! A single slap and they had been defeated?! But he wasn’t done either, he powerfully entered the town, absolutely EVERY eyes resting on him.
So were hers, as they basked in the whispers…
“Who IS that?! He looks strange!”
“He’s with the freak kid, Lizzy?”
“Should we kick him out?”
“N-Naw, it’s fine…”
One after the other, the residents, scary-looking lizardmen, would glance their way, only to determine that they didn’t want to mess with him, and the more confused Lizzy became.
He was just standing there in the spotlight?
This didn’t seem like an actual kidnapping.
This didn’t even seem like bullying?
“M-Mister, why are we here?”
All he did was smile.
No word, simply an uncomfortable silence and a radiant smile, one that seemed to say, ’Do you get it yet?’ and the more it kept going, the stranger the feeling she got.
Her head, which had been lowered in fear this whole time, finally rose up, observing a world that she had hidden away from for so long. And the more she did, the faster her heart beat.
The town seemed far friendlier than usual
The man didn’t beat her one bit
The man… was a freak?!
H-How hadn’t she noticed before? No scales, no claws, and even his teeth looked weird. And yet, every time a villager met his gaze, they’d politely nod before faltering.
He, the biggest freak she had ever seen, stood in the middle of town like a god amongst lizards, none daring to mess with him. At this moment, her entire existence was a mess.
And just as she couldn’t contain herself, he spoke once more…
“Tell me, Lizzy, which game do you prefer?”
He spoke like a devil, his voice composed and neat, and yet one that contained so much calm confidence. This was a freak amongst freaks, one that even the gods would falter before!
The torture before with the other kids?
It was all to remind her how lowly she was.
Then a second later he had show her what it could be.
That’s when her frame, which had been shivering endlessly all this time, finally straightened up. For the first time, the world didn’t seem as bleak. For the first time…
His warm voice suddenly echoed, bringing her to her senses.
“See this town? Conquering it’s just the first step.”
C-Conquering?! Stabbing, then patting, and now conquering?! What kind of madman was this guy?! The answer was a madman that she wished to follow!
Ans as she kneeled down before him, countless boxes reappeared. Oh, she would have given anything to see what they meant, and yet her new teacher utterly disregarded them!

From that point, Jack was in control.
In her eyes, he saw hope, a thirst to escape her fate, and the strongest desire to learn from him. And from now on, he couldn’t wait for all the things they would do together!

And it all started with playing a certain game. That night Jack sent her back home, and she came extremely refreshed the next morning, even after all the beatings at home.
Thankfully, that healing power of hers was still as powerful! Good thing, because she was able to meet her ’friends’. And as Jack showed up a little later, the tiny bullies cheered.

This would have been a nightmare to anyone, and yet Jack watched it all happen with a warm smile, even as they approached and started stabbing the helpless little girl.
He kept watching as she fought back.
He kept watching as they bled their lives away.
He kept watching as she splashed away in their blood.
“Master, I did it! I finally fought back!”
What was he supposed to say to a kid so psychotic she had just murdered her friends in cold blood?! They didn’t have her crazy regenerative powers! He looked at her and…
“Splish Splash! Lizzy’s no weak lizard no more.”
His smile was as radiant as ever…
