Countless suddenly felt a chill on their backs. Why the hell were they suddenly feeling so uncomfortable?! But her presence changed absolutely nothing for Jack.
This was neither her domain nor prerogative. All she could do was watch and pray for him from the bottom of her voluptuous heart. Thus, she cheered and cheered and cheered.
But then it all quickly turned to waste, the enemies reaching Jack’s crystal.
Endless jeers came from the enemies as his face scrunched in despair.
What was a single lizard supposed to do? This was GAME OVER!
“Hehe, how does it feel to lose? Take this, wretched lizard!” As the enemies mocked, Jack’s entire body fell to the ground as a puppet without strings, one void of any hope.
On his knees, tears escaped his eyes as he powerlessly slammed his hands into the ground repeatedly. “Why! Why does it have to end like this, Scaly!?” He even cursed Heavens!
But just as the snickering started…
“Oh, SHIT!”
Amidst the tears, there was a grin?! And the way he was slamming the ground in desperation was all wrong, too. His claws were digging the earth and—

That’s when it happened. The spot with Jack’s claws embedded in the ground suddenly glowed a fiery red! It was as if lava veins had appeared underneath it!
Then a second later they all spread endlessly all over the 12th Legion’s base! For a few moment it all pulsated with even more fiery light until finally…. BOOM!
Geysers of fire started exploding all over the damn place!
“How?! Impossible! No one can control lava?!”
“Evade! Get your asses out of there ASAP!”
“Screw the formation! Survive!”
All the cohesion they once had disappeared entirely as they fled for their lives. And everywhere they looked, it was torrents of fire?! What kinda of crazy spell was this?!

Even now, Jack had to focus all his attention on this, his scales trembling from the effort. All he was doing was slightly guiding the fiery energy out, and yet it took all he had.
He was akin to the greatest firebender ever! And with this, the enemies all disappeared from the 12th Legion Base! Well, almost all of them…
There remained some, crumpled to the ground as they clutched their burned limbs, a mouth-watering scent of well-done meat spreading!

There were a LOT of injured, way too many! But just as most were still shellshocked and gazing at Jack with terror, the second Legion leader suddenly gasped.
“Oh god! He turned the entire place into a minefield?!”
That’s when they all remembered a certain scene.

“11th Legion, stop panicking. Submit to the other Legions!”
“Keep removing that white bastard’s magical traps!”
“As for everyone else? Go back to your cores!”
In a matter of seconds, he had not only quelled the unrest but even planned a counterattack. So what if the 12th Legion was moving fast and accurately? It wouldn’t actually matter.
“We’ll crush them with our numbers! There are six Legions here, for Scaly’s sake! I don’t care what it takes, find them! They’re fucking DEAD!”
Seeing them organize so fast, Jack suddenly had a bad feeling.
