Other than these two, all the other great powers have their own reaction after being informed by Arturia.

Arturia still holds contact with the other world powers.

This alone is lucky on Azief part. In the past, he would not think too much of having such luck. In his life, there are things that happened to him that could not be explained by anything else other than luck

But in the past, he would think nothing of it. He would only think he was lucky and forget it by the next second

However, now he has a deeper understanding of luck, and he sees things a little bit more differently than before.

At least, he has a deeper understanding of his own luck

Unless he thinks his life is worthless and he kills himself. But Azief has a feeling that dying…. would not be that easy for him

The more he travels the Omniverse, the more he knows, there are many worse things that could happen to you than dying.

Sometimes, dying itself is not the end.

Sometimes, it is just the beginning.

So, even though they were times when he considered just killing himself and cut off this cause and effect, the more he learns about cause and effect the more he knows, the kind of cause and effect that is now binding him, is not the kind of cause and effect that could be broken with his death.

Instead, worse thing could happen to him if he died. Azief did not want to imagine it but the few possibilities he did imagine make him feel chill in his soul

Azief sighed as he thinks of all of this.

“Arthur had helped me a lot and one casual move in the past now actually saved me”

he thought for a moment and could not help but chuckle with a helpless smile on his face

“Isn’t there cause and effect? Casual connection between him and this place is established precisely because of that casual move in the past”

Is it just a coincidence that when he came out from that the Time Space continuum he landed here?

Azief no longer believes in coincidence because even the most inexplicable coincidence has some traces to follow if you learn the rules and laws of the world.

There is connection between them and probably unconsciously that connection was used when he was hurled outside of the time space continuum,

As for Arturia, this island continent nation, Arturia is one of the unique vassals under the protection of Pandemonium

So, even though Arturia is an island of pirates and would have been eradicated by World Government if it was in any other circumstances, because they are under the protection of Pandemonium, the world powers turn a blind eye to the fact that misfits, criminals and pirates do come to Arturia.

They come there and seek protection and Arturia give it to them.

Laws in this chaotic era favor the powerful. And as such, those who are called criminals are sometimes just heroes with a different brand.

All the great powers are not built by being nice and not many of them are. The nicest is actually the one with the least ruling, which is Pandemonium

Death Monarch never forced anyone to come to his continent, and he never stop anyone from leaving.

People just did not stop coming. But what about the others. World Government remakes the world order, and such a thing rarely comes peacefully.

After all, revolution rarely comes without bloodshed.

The Republic was built by the idea of being the antithesis of the World Government, which defines most of the initial conflict between the Republic and the World Government. And as for the other four world powers, each of them rise to their position mostly through force excluding the Order of Thinkers

But even order of Thinkers has some shady stuff going on in their labs.

Laws…. It has always favored the powerful.

That thing did not change.

After all, laws are about order. And order is not about justice. It is about keeping it orderly for the rulers to do their business

Even political prisoners always fled here and there is nothing that the other world powers could do other than negotiate with the ruler of Arturia.

It is not Arturia they feared, it is the one behind them

But one must understand something.

Arturia does catch troublemakers.

One rule is important for all of those on the island. You must not do anything wrong in this island.

No raping.

No stealing, no killing.

And a few others don’t.

If you want to fight, there is a stage for that. if you want to kill, then fight to the death in the area of life and death.

If you want to be a criminal or do your old things, then go out of the city and do it.

The reason why it is peaceful is because these criminals know there is no other place that will shelter them like this if they break the rule.

Of course, those who break the rules could go to places like the Crime Alliance and the many other dark organizations all over the world.

But entering Crime Alliance also means you have to pay a price.

Most of the people coming here are people who are tired of that life or wanted to hide or wanted to run from authority and joining another dark organization would only increase the risk of encountering things they did not want to encounter.

Arturia is the last refuge for those people that are shunned by society.

Arturia itself is quite selective.
