Chapter 2706: The Godly Faction War III

“No.” Adrian replied.

[The faction of the Twin Gods is a Neutral Faction which preserves the balance of life and death.]

“Huh! To think that I gained a faction when I clearly rejected the first time. It seems that my title automatically grants me to be in the Faction of the Twin Gods. I guess it is better that way since other factions would not dare to recruit me. We are also a neutral faction that will not be disturbed by those that are hungry for war.” Adrian stated but he also knew the problems of being neutral.

Even if he belongs to the neutral faction, they could still wind up being caught up in between the fight of other factions. In order to be truly neutral, the faction must be incredibly strong that no one could bully them into participating. Fortunately for Adrian, the faction consists of the gods of life and death. No one would be foolish enough to provoke a faction that is backed up by the gods of life and death.

“I guess since I already am part of the Faction of the Twin Gods. The guild should might as well be aligned as I am.” Adrian stated as he accepted the alignment of his guild to the Faction of the Twin Gods.

[The Pantheon Guild has been aligned with the Faction of the Twin Gods.]

[Since the Faction of the Twin Gods is a neutral faction, the blessings of other gods from other factions will not be affected. Unless the Pantheon guild declares war on an opposite faction, the blessings of other gods from other factions will not be revoked.]

[All members of the Pantheon guild can now do Faction Quests to retrieve Faction Points.]

[All members of the Pantheon Guild can now access the Exclusive Faction Shop.]

It seems that choosing a faction for the guild is also a crucial part of the experience. The neutral faction players can keep all of their blessings as long as they do not fight with a faction of the god that blessed them. Still, this also signified that a lot of players have now lost some of their blessings from other gods but the developers should have found a way to replace their revoked blessings in another way.

Adrian is suddenly curious on what the new things that were added are as this must be what is added in the patch. The Factions, Faction Quests, and the Exclusive Faction Shop are all part of the patch. It seems that reality of the gods battling it out is now a reality but the fighting is currently limited to mortals.

“Better checkout this Exclusive Faction Shop first.” Adrian muttered as he clicked on the Exclusive Faction Shop icon which looked like the insignia of his own guild as it is at the next tab of the guild shop.

Adrian opened the Exclusive Faction Shop and his jaw immediately dropped because of all the items that are present there. All of the items that are present in the Exclusive Faction Shop were all related to the Gods of Life and Death that are under the Twin Gods. The items range from Rare up to the Mythical Tier but the highest tier items were more on consumables and not gears.

All of the items are things that are basically owned by the divine beings that are under the Twin Gods. It is not just the gods of life and death that have items placed in this Exclusive Faction Shop but also their servants. Adrian could even see an item called Alecto’s Claw which refers to one of the Furies.

[Exchanging Faction Points in the Exclusive Faction Shop is also related to giving faith or divine energy to the being you have traded with.]

[You can build a good relationship to divine beings if you are always seeking their patronage. The patron might even give you a bonus if a solid foundation of trust has been formed.]

[The Lord of Avalon has aligned with the Faction of the Twin Gods.]

[All residents of Avalon can now do Faction related quests to the Faction of the Twin Gods.]

“So basically, the Exclusive Faction Shop is like an online market that is handled by the divine beings of that faction. Faction Points is equivalent to or another form of faith that can strengthen another divine being. You might even gain the attention of a god if one plays their cards right.” Adrian stated as a lot of players are greedy to become envoys, champions, and even apostles of the gods.

Adrian then looked inside of the Exclusive Faction Shop to see if there is anything that catches his eye but there is currently nothing. It seems that the items presented are starting items and that it will be switched up later when more and more faction points are present. Still, Adrian is not focused on the Exclusive Faction Shop and the Faction points for now. He is more focused on what the Daemos plans to do with the Asgardian Gods and the large crack located in the northern continent.

“I need to check with the elders immediately. They must be waiting for me.” Adrian stated as he walked towards the council hall.
